Should I Let Her Go?

Should I Let Her Go? Hi Dr Caleb, A good day happy to you and family. I want to know if you still on the good job. Well, if yes I have one problem I will need your assistance, sir. Please, doctor, it is about the same babe I told you about last year. She is at it again; this girl came back from school with a ring in her engagement finger! When I asked what that means she told me that it was to keep guys off her way! After some time I discovered that she was no longer caring for our relationship again!! I called her to talk; she gave excuses and when I call she will pretend that she is not in a good mood but she will always ask for money from me. But most of all is that she has gone back to school without my knowledge!! I was so much annoyed when I found out she was back to school without telling me!!!! Please what should I do? l love her so much but she never appreciates it. Should I let her go? Please tell me, doctor? Ganiyu Sawdiq Mushin, Lagos Dear Ganiyu, Sorry about the way this girl is treating you and your relationship. But the truth is this kind of thing happens and is allowed to happen once both of you are not married yet. So, since she no longer has any regard for the relationship or for you, the meaning is that she no longer loves you even though you still love her. What should you do? Simply, LET HER GO and keep your peace of mind which has a great deal to do with your health and well-being. I hope you understand? Cheers Dr. Caleb Bibbi Oluranti

Unknown Condition

Unknown Condition Dr Caleb, Good day, Sir. I am Taofeek Ibn Halladu. I am 35yrs, I must commend you on your efforts in helping people through their problems both medical and spiritual. May God bless you abundantly.Doc, I don’t know what's wrong with me for close to 3yrs now, I have been having pimples on my face, arms and some other parts of my body. They just appear, within a week they go and appear somewhere else again. I also have itchy scalp and other parts of my body sometimes, coupled with a burning sensation on my lips and under my feet that comes and goes. I am also losing weight. I try to eat as much as possible but don't gain much. I sometimes feel pains in my knees and elbows. I don’t know if this is depression of some sort. I am scared of testing for HIV because I really don’t know what the outcome might be. Please doctor, kindly explain to me what could be the cause of all this, and what I should do, I will also like to find out the symptoms of HIV and if they all appear at once or singly. I will be awaiting your reply soonest. Thank you, Sir and God bless you Dear Taofeek, Yes. Because, in your question, you mention spiritual and medical by yourself I want to say we help to sort people out from an understanding and thorough training in not just the physical orthodox and medical, but also the mental, psychological and social, not to forget the spiritual, private and personal. Man is tri-partite--body, soul and spirit. You will understand that the physical is conscious; the psychological is sub-conscious and the spiritual is unconscious and accesses us through dreams and intuition/hunches. Apart from the simply physical, to a physician like us, trained properly in all these areas of life, we have to account for your psychological depression and your fear which is a spiritual thing-- these are signals that what you are experiencing may well be beyond ordinary physical treatment alone. What we can tell you is this, you will get well if you follow our guidance, instruction and prescription. Physically, we will encourage you to go do your HIV tests. No, we do not suspect HIV but know you do and understand that in any war it is better psychologically for you to know what you are fighting. HIV symptoms can appear in whatever combination and include skin rashes that won’t heal, weakness from lack of enough blood or anemia, weight loss, thrush/ sore throat/ mouth sores that refuse to heal, diarrhea, fever that is unrelenting, swollen glands, joint and muscle pains. Whatever or whichever symptoms you do or do not have, remember that ONLY THE HIV TEST CAN TELL. Psychologically, we are going to counsel you and get to the root of your depression. Spiritually, we will teach you to pray (any and every religion-friendly) to God your Creator who will have mercy on you. You will soon be so well sorted out that you will wonder if your illness was not just a dream. We have helped many termed incurably ill, who have been to India, Dubai, Europe and America who could not get well but who got well as they listened to us and followed our direction and prescriptions. Pregnant But No Child In Her Womb!!

Pregnant But No Child In Her Womb!! Dear Doc, I feel at home with the way you treat peoples' questions and decided to write you a personal one. I am a young man of 32 years and married for two years now but no issue to show for it. Our problem now is that of confusion. When my wife and I decided to really start a search for a child, we went for various tests which showed that my wife was alright but with slight fibroid, which the doctors said would not hinder her from conceiving. I was found to have a low sperm count problem and was placed on treatment. This greatly improved to up to 74 million, and I was given a clean bill of health as able to impregnate my wife. My wife took in twice and it all went out after the first month. We continued until we decided to try herbs to fight the fibroid. The herb woman told my wife the very first time, that she was one month pregnant. We rejoiced and started thinking of our baby. However lately, she went to the hospital for a scan after 3 months, and was told that there was no child in her womb. Meanwhile, her tummy is protruding, breast enlarging, she feels very heavy, experiences sleepiness and drowsiness in the early mornings, and once or twice has almost thrown up in the morning. The problem is that with all these signs, is it possible that she is not pregnant? And if not, what could be growing in her tummy, since it is not fibroid? Thanks again for your interest. Yours truly, Dylan Thomas; Enugu Dear Dylan, There is bad news and then good news for you. The classical diagnosis any Western-trained doctor will give you is what is called Pseudocyesis or False Pregnancy. Ultrasound scan was done for your wife. There is no evidence of a pregnancy or a baby in her womb. The pregnancy is false. Your wife has some funny thing wrong with her. Perhaps she should see a psychologist or a psychiatrist or at least a counsellor. Full Stop; no hope; no way. What is the good news? About seven years ago, a lady with her husband walked into my consultation room to see me. The lady was in tears. She showed me two reports of scan tests she did from the same scan centre about three months apart. The first showed that there was a baby. The second report showed, like your wife that there was no baby. Husband and wife were devastated. What happened? Where was their baby? She was still looking pregnant! I treated them for two weeks, they went back for a scan and the scan reported on the same woman that there was a baby in her womb now. Needless to say, they delivered the baby who is a boy and alive and well; a spitting image of the dad. There are mysterious cases which we as mere doctors cannot handle without consideration of not just the physical, but the physical, together with the mental and not forgetting the spiritual. When we see face to face we will successfully handle the challenge of anyone with a similar story. Call the help lines Dr Caleb Bibbi Oluranti; 08033466574; 08028240983; 08093142261; 08156697540

My Asthma Hs Gone!!!

My Asthma Has Gone Dear Dr, A fine day to you, Sir! I really want to give thanks to God and you, doctor, for helping me get rid of my asthma. I want to really thank you and bless God who used you to deliver me from my asthma and my ignorance last year. When I came to the clinic I did not know the kind of doctor I was going to see. You told me that you are a doctor that uses means. When I inquired what kind of means you replied, “the power of God in prayer that heals and delivers that’s the means I use and I will teach you how to do so too”. I told you about my cough that had lasted a long time. You were surprised that as an undergraduate I could sit on my cough for so long, because I confessed that my mom had asked me to go see a doctor three months ago. You looked in my file at my history and saw several episodes of cough in my past. You then asked me if I were a Christian trying to dodge confessing and accepting that I had asthma. I finally had to admit that I had a challenge with the disease and did not really know what to do to get my healing and that in truth, as a Christian, I did not want to accept, not to talk of declaring that I had the disease. You assured me that you knew what to do and if I would only follow simple instructions. I decided to let you guide and coach me into perfect health. You then proceeded to teach and coach me on how to pray and storm heaven with my demand for healing. While my coaching was going on, you said to me that anyone who cared and was serious could get rid of their health challenge, no matter what - infertility, arthritis, cancer or other incurable disease, staphylococcus, sexual and marital issues, fibroid, prostate problems, hypertension, diabetes, name it, if they would only follow simple instructions as they used their drugs, took counselling from you and prayed along. True to your word, after my prayers for the discovery of the roots of my asthma, you prayed for me and ministered deliverance to me based on my own personal findings in the prayers that you taught me and MY ASTHMA HAS GONE!!! This, you must understand, is something that came into my life at 15 while I was at school and I have nursed for six good years!!! Truly, my ignorance of what to do kept me bound. But now, I am well. Your approach and the “means” you use are so user-friendly that anybody can learn to use them. One thing I am most grateful for—when you said means, you only wanted to shock me—you are in no way fetish; just Biblical and simple. Thank you. I mean, since more than six months now, I have not smelt anything called asthma and I know in my bones that I have been healed. Thank you so much, doctor Janey Ashmango, Alausa, Lagos Dear Janey, You are welcome; thank you for thanking me. The issues are clear. You (or anybody for that matter) can get rid of any disease. You will use your medicines along but you will learn to think in a different way. Then you will also learn to pray with faith and persistence. As we coach and guide you, you’ll find the help of God and overcome your challenges. And this is not about religion but about becoming healthy again. Any human being from any religion definitely will benefit from these principles. Just call the help-lines

I've Lost Interest in Sex!

I've Lost Interest in Sex! Hello Dr, Please help me. I am a mother of two. Since after my first child, I have not been enjoying sex with my husband. In fact I hardly feel like it. My guy is good. He is worried about my lack of interest in sex. I believe this is unconnected to the tie (episiotomy) I had during my childbirth. What should I use to improve my sexual life? Please help. Thanks Troubled Wife, Badagry, Lagos Dear Troubled Wife, Many women have discovered that after childbirth there is this challenge you face of no interest in sex as before. It is not necessarily related to episiotomies, but to the necessary enlargement/loosening/widening vagina that accompanies childbirth through the birth canal or vagina and loss of the tightness/control/function of the nerves empowering the area. There is a very easy remedy that can be used to reverse the loss of interest and response and it involves, among other things, a series of exercises of the pelvic muscles called the pubo- coccygeus. These are the muscles we use to stop urination. Suffice it to say that this condition is easily investigated and cured by seeing the right professionals --a good doctor/gynecologist /sexologist - who should look you up thoroughly and treat as your investigations indicate. Before you see these professionals, however, try these tips. Because the physical and psychological stress of pregnancy, delivery and nursing the baby are factors in your loss of libido, tell your husband you want and need him like before but could he please help you with caring for baby in the night when you are getting a much-needed rest? Also, keep baby from your bed in a cot by himself; that gives permission for sex. Even if there is no sex yet; let oga hold you and touch you. Plan dates to have sex; it will boost both your libidos. If oga agrees and helps and you are less stressed with the caring for baby, you soon begin to recover your sex drive. Finally, there's great big news for women. There is a new drug useful for the treatment of hypoactive sexual desire disorder in women. Flibanserin or Addyi is the name. Newly approved by US FDA (Food and Drug Administration) since August 19, 2015. Call the helplines if you want us to help. Chronic Illness for 2years; Help!!

Chronic Illness For 2 Years; Help!!! Dear Dr, I have been ill for roughly 2 years now and all efforts to get lasting treatment have proved abortive. Symptoms are recurrent waist pain, internal body heat sometimes at the sole of the feet, stomach rumbling [sometimes noisy], recurrent sore throat, catarrh and cough with chest congestion and sometimes pain in scrotum after a prolonged erection. All this is always accompanied by persistent fever and sometimes dizziness. Once or twice noticed sperm [like] fluid come out of the penis. I have treated malaria and typhoid more than 10 times ever since after tests confirmed their presence. Also, 2 HIV TESTS have been negative. Murebo Takoto, Taraba Dear Murebo, Looking at all your symptoms, my educated, experienced and professional guess is, you are looking for the answer in the wrong place. Malaria and typhoid? I don’t think so. I think you had sex with a certain girl. And this sex you had got you into trouble. You contacted a disease called Chronic Prostatitis. It is what is responsible for your pain in the scrotum after a prolonged erection and sperm-like fluid coming out of the penis; stomach rumbling and waist pain. I will not be surprised if the germ causing your problems is Staphylococcus. The way to find out and authenticate or deny all this is to do a laboratory test of both your semen and your urine called microscopy, culture and sensitivity. Because of the many complications of Staphylococcus including a generalized depression of the sufferer’s immunity, your malaria and typhoid and other diseases got at you and you have not been able to cure them. The internal body heat and atimes at the sole of the feet are symptoms of what is called Somatisation Syndrome; a function of anxiety neurosis which generally may follow problems with the genitals for men, seeing that such challenges can be very stressful for men. You can get fully well, but you must look for doctors who understand what is going on. Specialists called urologists and very good doctors are the category I am talking about. Chronic Prostatitis never goes away without treatment--adequate ones at that. So get to work to treat yourself. You can call the help-lines. My Weakness After Treating Malaria

My Weakness After Treating Malaria Dear Dr, I have been feeling funny and not myself for some time now. In reality, I treated malaria some time before this when I was given some Co-artem by the doctor but was allowed to go use Chloroquine at the full dose because I told the doctor I do not like Co-artem. I feel weak, fragile and listless; wanting to get back to sleep or rest shortly after getting up in the morning. What is the matter and what can I do? Helen Jane Sahleh, Potiskum, Adamawa Dear Helen, Half-treated malaria can make anyone anaemic very, very quickly and that spectre stares you and many of us in the face at this very moment among our people and so, your question is a very great question. The WHO (World Health Organisation) has given directives on how to treat malaria effectively but not everyone among the populace – even among doctors have been able to fully comply with the new recommendations. But first, what is the cause of the change in recommendations? Precisely because the bugs that cause malaria, Plasmodium genus, have become resistant to the monotherapies we were using before the change was recommended. Everyone knows about Chloroquine; my generation grew up on it. But Chloroquine or other monotherapies are now no use to treat malaria effectively. The bugs are now resistant to all that. You cannot use just one drug to get the better of malaria; you will fail and that is exactly what happened to you. Even though you used the full dose of Chloroquine as your anti-malarial you fell short of the mark and have been ill ever since because your malaria was only half –treated. What should you do? Follow the new guidelines by WHO. And these are that There must be two medicines working together to fight malaria for you and of the two, ARTEMISININ must be one. So, you have ARTEMISININE BASED COMBINATION (ABC) therapy. People as well as doctors must swear by this. Allowing a patient to use the old methods and medicines against malaria is not good medicine. But then, even at that, a lot of people complain of the same things you complained of because some of the combinations they used appear weak. There are combination anti-malarials in the market, though, that are very effective and I will let you know these as you request by e mail or call. Half treated as well as untreated malaria cause anaemia by bursting your red blood cells and draining your blood. Malaria must be treated effectively and once this is done you do not feel sick at all in any manner for at least 28 days after treatment; no matter how many mosquitoes bite you. You will definitely need to treat anaemia (with blood tonics) along as you treat malaria this time. Cheers

Lab Testing Before Marriage?

Lab Testing Before Marriage? Dear Dr, I am planning to get married to my sweetheart very soon. What medical tests do you recommend for us to undergo and why? Jasper Jokolo, Daura, Katsina Dear Jasper, You need to test what kind of Haemoglobin you are both carrying so you do not produce babies that have sickle cell anemia. The test is called Genotype. Then you'll need to ascertain your Blood Groups should there be need for blood transfusion for you. Fasting Blood Sugar helps to detect Diabetes. HIV testing assures you that you are free of the dread disease. Pregnancy testing can give you much assurance in the relationship. These should do. Cheers Dr.Caleb Bibbi Oluranti

Rashes in Private Part in a Virgin

Rashes in Private Part in a Virgin Good morning Dr, I need your help. I noticed that atimes I develop rashes (spore-like pimples) on my private parts and it increases each time I shave my private hair. It comes and goes. I have been using Shea-butter, Vaseline, Dusting Powder but no changes. Please, I'm seriously in need of your help because I don't want to visit any hospital. I've never had sex. I'm 20. What's going on? How do I get rid of this? Anne Gbagbo, Akure, Ondo State Dear Anne Your rashes are nothing to worry about because you’ve never had sex. They are simply related to the delicate skin tissues of your genitals and their reaction to your shaving of the hair. You have no problem. Try Aloe Vera cream after every shave. See a dermatologist. if not bettered with aloe vera. Cheers

Can I Douche (Wash Inside My Vagina)?

Can I Douche (Wash Inside My Vagina)? Dear Dr, I have a question that has bothered me for some time. Can I wash inside my vagina? Is it okay medically? I would have thought there was nothing the matter with doing this-- that is washing inside the vagina-- but someone told me recently that it is bad and that doctors don't recommend it. If so, why? I believe you are going to give me the correct and comprehensive answer Thank you Gina Gonkola, Mubi Dear Gina, PLEASE DO NOT DOUCHE!!! That’s because douching changes the balance of natural chemicals and healthy bacteria in your vagina and can make it easier for you to get dangerous infections!!!! Most ladies want to clean inside to prevent discharge or fluid from your vagina that is not normal such as thick and white (like cottage cheese) or yellowish-green and bad-smelling discharge. Discharge changes throughout your menstrual cycle, but it normally looks clear, cloudy white, and/or yellowish. If you are not sure if your discharge or fluid is normal, have your doctor check you out. What then is the best way to clean my vagina if I am not to clean inside? It is best to let your vagina clean itself. The vagina cleans itself naturally by making mucous. The mucous washes away blood, semen, and vaginal discharge. If you are worried about vaginal odor, talk to your doctor. But you should know that even healthy, clean vaginas have a mild odor that changes throughout the day. Physical activity also can give your vagina a stronger, muskier scent, but this is still normal. Keep your vagina clean and healthy. Just Wash the outside of your vagina with warm water when you bathe. Some women also use mild soaps. But, if you have sensitive skin or any current vaginal infections, even mild soaps can cause dryness and irritation. Avoid scented tampons, pads, powders, and sprays. These products may increase your chances of getting a vaginal infection. Be warned; be cautious; be safe Cheers Dr.Caleb Bibbi Oluranti 08093142261; 08033466574; 08028240983; 08156697540

How to Get Pregnant Now (Withih a Month) -God's Way

How to Get Pregnant Now - God’s Way (Within a Month!) Dear Dr, Can a woman receiving treatment for infertility get pregnant within a month of treatment at the doctors? My friend and I seem to argue about this point. Can you throw some light? Asabe Dunkwa, Jalingo, Adamawa Dear Asabe, The following stories are true and reveal how and why it is possible to get pregnant within a short period. Listen to these ladies we have had the privilege to help 1. I had almost no sperms at all (my sperm count was around 2 million) and my wife had ovarian cyst which meant that she really was not releasing any eggs; but once we met Dr. and he treated us, to my surprise, my wife got pregnant within – surprise of surprises – just a month! When, in shock, I asked her ‘Dear, did you sleep with another man?’ She answered me and said, “But you know I have no eggs”! We were both shocked beyond words at our good fortune!!! 2. As a couple, we were at our wits end. I was already taking injections from another Dr. to correct hormonal imbalance after 2 years and there was yet no baby. We met Dr in November of that year and by February my wife was pregnant; to deliver the next November our first baby boy. We could only remember that the first day we met Dr, he had told us that if we were serious, we would be carrying our baby within a calendar year!! And it came true!!! 3. When my friend got pregnant, I went to her office one day and demanded that she take me to the place where she got help to become pregnant; why? Because she and I had gotten married around the same time and were still trying to conceive the last time we compared notes. She took me to Dr and told me I would get pregnant in short order if I was serious. I did. My little baby boy is the spitting image of his dad; only that he is dark-skinned while my husband is a light-coloured oyibo. 4. Yes. I got pregnant and I can say it was within fifteen minutes! I came from across the Deep South of Nigeria to see Dr with my husband. We arrived on a Saturday and started treatment. On Sunday morning, we told Dr we were too tired to attend church because of the long journey of the day before and he decided to spend fifteen minutes with us to inspire us before he would leave to go preach in church as the Dr is also a pastor! When he finished and left, we rested a little bit and fell asleep. In my dream, my neighbor at home who was also my hair-dresser confronted me; wanting to know where I got my claims of a pregnancy from since, as she said in the dream, we were neighbours and she knew that I was by no means pregnant. I found myself so fully confident and assured I was pregnant that I successfully defended my being pregnant, asking the lady to come check out my baby bump in the privacy of her office. Immediately Dr returned from church, he asked me what dream I had. As I regaled him the dream I knew that it was what he had told us in fifteen minutes before he left for church that had really inspired me so much that I was sure I was going to get pregnant that month; which I did!!! 5. "Did she sleep with the Dr?" This question bothered me for the whole duration of my wife’s pregnancy until she delivered. You see, I had ZERO sperm count and it had been confirmed in several places before we met Dr. The best that could happen was to get a turnaround in at the least three months as other doctors had told me but in just ONE month after my wife and I went to see the Dr; she was pregnant!!! When my wife finally decoded my body language at the eighth month of pregnancy, she went, in anger to report me to my elder brother and stopped to tell Dr what she had discovered –that I was thinking that he, the Dr slept with her!!! She threatened to pack away to punish me. Dr. encouraged her to rather stay and that God would vindicate her. He did. Our baby girl was my spitting image; no need for DNA paternity tests!! 6. My daughter looks so much like her mother, it is gratifying. We did not have funds, but this Dr. encouraged us and went on with our treatment, agreeing for me to pay later; but when, after our girl was born, I came to pay him he had forgotten how much we were to pay; that’s how understanding and human Dr is. We are blessed to have met him. 7. We came to see Dr. in great distress – my earlier ultrasound report had reported I was indeed pregnant, but the second one about four months later from the same place found no baby in my womb. Our doctors could not explain what happened but were adamant there was no baby now. When we saw Dr. he smiled and told us he would treat us and the baby would re-appear again on ultrasound after his treatment; we were just to simply follow his instructions. He treated us and we followed the instructions. Our baby boy was seen at ultrasound by the same doctors after the Dr’s treatment; I delivered a baby boy and the baby is fine. 8. I had done ultrasound and had been told that this my second baby was a girl but I was worried because I had had reason to think it was a boy I was carrying in my womb. My dreams which usually come true do not deceive me. I had had a girl previously who looked like a boy!!! Again, I worried because my evil sister-in-law had quarreled with me and taunted me by swearing I would never have a baby boy in their family because a witch-doctor/medicine-man had told her so. When I saw Dr, instead of the usual platitudes I got from doctors, he listened to me carefully and seemed to believe me and take what I said seriously. He said he understood my case and that I would deliver a boy despite repeated ultrasound reports that said I was going to have a girl. We entered into the treatment phase which I found hectic. At the end of the treatment, I delivered a boy and my people got the shock of their lives!!! 9.After years of waiting to conceive, my husband and I believed God’s time is the best but Dr challenged that thinking; he told us we could get pregnant in the short period of a month if we were serious. We didn’t believe it but just followed Dr’s instructions to treat female whites or candidiasis which was the only reason we went to see him in the first place. I realized that the three months it took before I got pregnant of my baby boy could have been just one month, truly, if I had been more serious. Thank you, Dr 10. When we came to see him, Dr implied we could get pregnant within a month. Impossible. That was our thinking. But we followed Dr and his coaching. The second month, my husband was travelling to go for a Seminar in another city and Dr impressed on me that on no excuse must I fail to follow my husband to the seminar. I did and we got pregnant in 2 months!!!! Asabe dear, the stories above must have convinced you that your case is not hopeless -- you can get pregnant now. It is God's will. Just call us on the help-lines Cheers Dr. Caleb Bibbi Oluranti 08093142261; 08156697540; 08028240983; 08033466574

Injections, Surgery or What For my Arthritis?

Injections or Surgery or What For my Arthritis? Dear Dr, I attend a government hospital where there are loads and lots of people to see the doctors for arthritis of the knees and other joints. My experience has been horrible. The doctors wanted me to go for total knee replacement surgery which I refused out of hand. Then they started injecting steroids into my knee joint directly to give me whatever minimal benefit from my excruciating knee pains. I am a 65 year-old civil servant about to retire and I am almost tired of my life from this arthritis and the injections. Is there no alternative? There must be something natural or simple that I can use or what do you think? I am desperate. Help me Asabe Zanna, Maiduguri Dear Asabe, Truth be told, there is an epidemic of Arthritis in the populace which Orthodox medicine has no answer to but with complementary modalities, you can get rid of the very worst cases of arthritis in as fast as 6 days to at the most 6 weeks as we have said many times in this forum. There’s help and further information as you simply reach out. Cheers Dr. Caleb Bibbi Oluranti, 08093142261, 08033466574, 08156697540, 08028240983

Witchcraft Attacks on Our Marriage Bed; Help!!

Witchcraft Attacks on Our Marriage Bed; Help!! Dear Dr Bibbi, Your write-up on the subject of Organ in Bondage/Sexual Inadequacy in the Daily Sun recently refers. It made interesting reading. I am worried that some Africans Medical Doctors do not take the spiritual aspect of ill health into consideration while managing cases. As a result, when you make your complaints they tell you that it is psychological especially when sexual problems are concerned. It is sad indeed. I have a similar problem to that of the writer of that piece. I got married in Dec. 2013 and since then it has been one form of spiritual attack and the other. Oppressed by witches while sleeping, fingerprints on my body, multiple sex dreams with unknown partners, had two fatal motor accidents, and now I find it difficult making love to my wife because my organ will not rise or become erect!!! Since we got married we have believed God for the fruit of the womb but surprisingly I find it most difficult to make love to her during her ovulation. Once I or my wife have this sex dream it becomes difficult for me to get an erection. The size of my organ becomes so weak and very smallish. Just as written by the complainant in his letter I have to beg and rub my organ before I can manage a weak erection sometimes. All these are the opposite of my former self before I got married. My type of job takes me away from home for a week and gets me off duty for a week. If I am alone in my station I WAKE UP almost every night to see my organ strongly erected usually about 1.30am -3.20am. I am a born again Christian so all we have been doing is to get into stubborn and aggressive prayers. But the more we pray the more the problem gets tougher. The joy that greeted our marriage is almost disappearing. We are weeping, bruised and heartbroken. We consulted a Medical Dr (Gynaecologist) who put me on PROVIRON, to solve the problem and, yes, the first three days of the ingestion of the drugs it worked, but thereafter it was as if the drug was working the opposite of what it was supposed to do. (I have taken the drug for about 3months now.) How can orthodox medicine explain that? I must tell you that some persons ( my former girlfriend who is Genotype AS same with me, as well as the guy my wife had a relationship before I met her) put obstacles on our ways to stop our wedding but God saw us through. They even threatened that if I married my wife that our marriage will not last. Certainly out of ignorance I did not take their threats seriously, but now I know better. Doctor, it has been a difficult time for me and my wife. Our problem is no doubt purely spiritual and we have taken it like that. We have taken our case to the supreme court of God Almighty. We believe God is able to deliver us and give us victory in Jesus' Name. On this basis, it is painful when our fellow Africans Doctors do not accept that some ill-health are spiritual; rather they will say that such a sexual problem is the state of the mind. Those fingerprints on the body on waking up from sleep, those strong erections at midnight when alone, etc are they also psychological? I need your prayers and that of every one of you that reads this piece. PLEASE, I will very much appreciate your reply. DO NOT PUBLISH MY NAMES; PLEASE. High regards, Vincent Kaiagama, Yenagoa, Bayelsa Dear Vincent, Let me help you by making some six pertinent points. 1)Doctors, African or no;t are doctors, not priests, pastors, clerics or shamans. They do not have any training or exposure in school to the things you are talking about, so, they cannot and do not handle such matters. 2)Doctors take training in physical sciences and psychological sciences; full stop. Nobody teaches them about the spiritual and it is not the fault of anyone. 3)The scientific basis or way of thinking that is the root of their training does not recognize anything THAT CANNOT BE SEEN or PROVEN PHYSICALLY. 4)You will agree that the kind of understanding you say is lacking is more available in church or seminary, Bible, Koranic or spiritual school. 5)In point of fact, because the average African understands these things without any doubt, African doctors tend to be more understanding than their Western counterparts in these cases. 6)For you to get not only a sympathetic hearing but help to get rid of these your troubles, you need the rare professional who combines an understanding and proficiency in these two worlds that seem antithetical to each other-- the physical and the spiritual. My book, 'Destroying the Strongholds of Witchcraft" will help you and anyone with challenges such as you have mentioned. But I must commend your dogged and fighting spirit and assure you that with this affirmation of your stance and a willingness to follow instruction, you will get there, as we have helped many before you. Suicide, Bipolar Disorder and Victory

‘Certified Crazy’: My Sister’s Struggle Living With Bipolar Disorder By Cristy Marrero Medically Reviewed by Allison Young, MD Suspicion, speculation, stigma, stereotypes, segregation, solitude, sadness, seclusion, suicide … these are just few of the words that come to mind when I remember my sister’s life with bipolar disorder and breast cancer. Surprisingly enough, all of them begin with the letter 's.' 'S' as in sister.Hot and extremely humid and bizarre was the description of this Saturday afternoon in Puerto Rico when my mom and I found my sister lying on the floor of her room in fetal position, her head tilted slightly upward, staring ahead with bubbles of drool coming out of her mouth; her gaze lost and downright frightening. We’d heard her weeping like a 2-year-old; prompting my mom to run to her rescue — a scene that had become far too familiar for our family. But this time was different: My sister was inconsolable. She wouldn’t move, blink, or speak. We sat next to her for a few minutes … or was it hours? She was only 17.. Bizarre is the word for this day; the most bizarre day yet of my then 15-year-old life. My big sister was acting weird, and we couldn’t do anything to help her. The days that followed this “episode” were somber, sad, and full of silence and tears. The morning following the episode, we drove my sister to the hospital, where she remained under observation for two weeks. I remember my mom calling pretty much every psychiatrist in San Juan during that time, as well as my father, her sister, and, lastly, my grandmother, with whom she shared what she thought was going on with my sister. “She is sick. She wants to quit architecture school. I’m scared,” I overheard her say while eavesdropping. “This time was different: My sister was inconsolable. She wouldn’t move, blink, or speak.” My sister was only 16 when she was accepted to the University of Puerto Rico School of Architecture, which admitted just 30 students per year after a rigorous application process that included artwork, endless interviews, and three or four tedious exams. Of course, my always-brilliant big sister passed them all with A-pluses. When she started at the university, she was the youngest person in the class once again. My mom — and especially my dad — always bragged about how she spoke her first words at 11 months, started at a Montessori preschool at age 2, and by first grade could read a book from cover to cover and knew all her multiplication tables by heart. The next exam, she was promoted to third grade right away. Here Comes the Diagnosis . It was obvious that my mom hadn’t slept in 10 days. My dad was making stupid jokes to calm his nerves. This was the first time both of my parents had been in the same room since their divorce 10 years prior. My sister was waiting for us behind a glass window. We went in one by one, as requested by her on her visitor’s list. We only had two hours total, so we had to be quick and clever. Saying the wrong thing at the wrong time could be extremely detrimental to her recovery. A team of doctors, two of them female, came to the visitors’ room after my sister was sent back to her “cocoon,” as she referred to the psychiatric ward she was in. They confirmed our suspicion: She suffered from type 1 bipolar disorder. My big sister, as she later jokingly referred to herself, was “certified crazy.” Speculation immediately followed our visit, as we tried to figure out how to process this diagnosis and figure out what the best treatment for her would be. Lithium, the doctors all recommended. But my sister couldn’t bare the side effects of this strong medicine, despite all the studies that prove it to be the most effective in helping patients balance their mood swings. Genetics quickly came to mind as one of the possible causes — one more unfortunate piece of my sister’s “misery team,” as we liked to call it. “Your grandfather was schizophrenic,” my mom reminded us. And my father’s dad, a veteran, was brilliant and had an impeccable sense of humor — just like my sister. One of the most discussed family stories was that he came back from Korea “crazy.”His family had certified him as crazy. My poor abuelo hated being exposed to electric shock therapy back in the day. The practice, now called electroconvulsive therapy, is still being used to counteract severe depression, treatment-resistant depression, severe mania, catatonia, and agitation and aggression in people with dementia. (1) Life After the Diagnosis The next two decades were full of ups and downs; crises; two more hospitalizations; a few suicidal moments that luckily resulted in aborted missions, thanks to the vigilant efforts of my younger sister, my mother, and me; insomnia; stress; and more than 40 different psychiatrists. Related Conditions My sister didn’t like therapy at all. She’d always say that she ended up telling the doctors more about her condition rather than the other way around. The level of misunderstanding and stigma combined with the lack of both answers and treatment options — options that would make those ghosts in her head go away for even just a bit — kept the whole family in a perpetual state of frustration. Not to mention our fear of genetics. Research shows that as a sibling, I am 10 times more prone to develop bipolar disorder than someone without an affected sibling. (2) But even at my craziest and darkest times, I can say I have never experienced depression or mania, the two main components of bipolar disorder, in my life — at least not in the way my sister did. I consider myself blessed but don’t take my own mental health for granted for a second. As I was writing this story, I called my mom to help me relive some of the most somber moments with my sister. I wanted to document them as they'd felt at the time. Her response was: “Please make sure whoever reads this article understands that your sister’s breast cancer diagnosis was nothing compared to her bipolar disorder diagnosis. Bipolar disorder really shaped her destiny.” In 2007, at age 30, her body joined the “misery team” her mind had successfully founded 13 years earlier. My “certified crazy” big sister ALSO had breast cancer. Another genetic disorder was confirmed to all of us when my sister learned that she was BRCA2 positive (two of our aunts have had different forms of breast cancer, which puts us at increased risk). I have chosen to never be tested for the BRCA2 gene mutation, though, mostly because my mom couldn’t bear having another diagnosis in the family. My sister's battle — actually, to be precise, OUR battle — with cancer lasted seven long and incredibly fulfilling years. I had moved to New York City by this point, so I flew down to Puerto Rico at least every other month to be with her and my mom, to take her to her endless chemotherapy appointments, and to be there when she woke up from each of her five invasive surgeries. We tried it all! We did what every loving family facing this tragedy does: We had her back. Related Conditions What happened to her mind while her body was weakening over the course of those seven years is still beyond our belief. She experienced no major mental crises during this time (other than a bunch of tears and fear associated with the cancer treatment, of course), took no depression meds, and had zero visits to the psychiatrist; she didn’t need the treatments. It was almost as if her body and her mind signed an agreement to let her lead as ordinary a life as possible despite her illnesses, and the disclaimer stated: “Valid for at least seven years.” Her mind gave her a break for the very first time. While she was never truly in remission from her cancer, her mental state was okay. Her mood swings were under control, and she was determined to win the cancer battle — and smiled more than I could remember since her bipolar disorder diagnosis. I call this period our beauty within the tragedy. Then May 16, 2014, happened. My sister’s cancer had spread to her lungs, and on this day, her body succumbed to the disease. As her body shut down, her last words to me were loud and clear. So was her mind. “Take care of our baby nephew. Buy him a bunch of candy, and let him do whatever he wants. And you always be yourself and never let anyone put you in a box like they did to me. I am proud to be certified crazy, but you are not crazy.” She died at age 37. Way too young! And I choose to remember her — every day of my life — simply as my big sister. The best one I could have ever asked for. My hope is that with the research experts are conducting, they will be able to more precisely decipher what bipolar disorder is all about and figure out how to make patients’ lives less secluded and lonely. As more brave souls like Catherine Zeta-Jones, Demi Lovato, and, most recently, Mariah Carey (3) come forward and tell their stories of living with this disease, bipolar disorder will hopefully shed some of its stereotypes as a crazy person’s disease. Meanwhile, I have not only bought our nephew all the candy he wants, but my younger sister and I make sure he knows his Auntie Ana is watching him from heaven and protecting his every step. Bipolar disorder is not the enemy. The worst part of this terrible condition is the stigma it carries, as do all mental disorders. There needs to be more compassion and understanding. I strongly believe that putting a face to bipolar disorder helps humanize our “certified crazy” in the eyes of our “not certified crazy” world. Like Ana would always tell me: “I’m not the crazy one. I see what others can’t. We are just humans fighting to fit in this crazy world.” That’s my sister. Nichole Marbach’s Healing Journey From Trauma to Triumph by Nichole Marbach What value would you put on hope? For Nichole Marbach, it was worth her life. Read her incredible healing journey of trauma to triumph. You will be inspired, as she was, to know that nothing is impossible with God! “You don’t have to do that anymore.” These were the words of Jesus to Nichole Marbach, who for years had cut herself with knives and razors. Many wonder, Why would anyone do this? “I started having flashbacks of sexual abuse,” Nichole shares. “[And] having stepparents that I didn’t feel really liked me as a kid was very difficult. I was just looking for attention. I was looking to feel loved, and I felt like I needed to punish myself. That’s why I started self-injuring. It was almost like harming myself was a release from that, and it was easier for me to feel the physical pain than the emotional pain I was feeling.” It got worse when her own daughter reached the age Nichole was when she was abused. “That just came back as flashbacks, and the only way to cope was to drink alcohol,” Nichole says. “And so, I became so dependent on it that I started hiding it in the house and not letting my husband know. Even though I was a believer—going to church, going to Bible studies, doing all of this—I felt like there was no way out.” Nichole continues, “I felt so much shame and guilt of just being a mentally ill mother with addictions because I wanted my kids to have a better life than I had.” Worried that his wife was on the verge of suicide, Nichole’s husband, Claude, tried to provide the help and support she needed. “I always wanted to try to find a way to fix it and try to solve the problems for her and try to mitigate things, and I could never do that,” he recalls. “I thought maybe the combination of medication and outside support through Christian counseling would be what was needed. But after years of kind of trying this, it never really worked. At least not, you know, sustainably.” Having been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, it appeared Nichole would have to deal with this for the rest of her life. “I was told it was incurable, and all they could do was manage it with medication.” One day when she was cutting herself again, she heard fateful words from God. He said, “You don’t have to do that anymore, because My Son shed His blood for you.” Hope flickered to life within Nichole. “I just remember I started weeping. I thought I had to get all the sin out of my life before God would want [a] relationship with me or would love me. And here He was, pursuing me with His love, and He was trying to tell me, ‘My Son took the punishment for all sin. He took your punishment at the cross. You are loved. You are forgiven. You are righteous.’ But I just didn’t know how to be well.” But God had a plan. A sister in the Lord came at the right time with the right word to sustain Nichole. “We were writing emails at the time, and she wrote to me, ‘With God, all things are possible.’” At that point, Nichole had a decision to make. “Am I going to believe the Word of God that says I’m healed, or am I going to believe what the doctors say, that this is incurable, and I need to be on medication for the rest of my life? And I got a revelation at that point that, as a child of God, I don’t have to take this anymore. I am healed, and I can use my authority.” This turning point was marked not only by an inward change, but there was an outward change as well. Nichole says, “I no longer cut myself. I no longer drank and got drunk. I no longer, you know, had that suicidal thinking.” God always does more than is expected. With Nichole, He put a hunger in her for truth. “I knew that I needed a deeper foundation in Christ. I knew that I needed a deeper foundation in the Word of God,” she says. And as she sought the truth, she found it. She heard about Andrew Wommack and started listening to him and reading his books. “Then somebody invited me to a Charis Bible College meeting because a satellite school was opening up in my area.” Nichole began attending Charis and started seeing even more change in her life. “Charis is not only helping me . . . become a better mother [and] better wife. It’s helping the brokenhearted out there see that Jesus sets the captives free, and I am one of them,” she explains. “[The] truth of God’s Word that I’m getting from Charis has gone into my books, my materials, and also wherever I speak. I love to go into the places where there are really broken, wounded people, and I tell them how much God loves you and how much God accepts you, how forgiven you are.” Claude shares, “Charis Bible College has grounded Nichole in so many different ways. She is really at peace and really enjoying meeting people where they are. She always comes [home] really encouraged from the classes.” Claude continues, “I think she has such a thirst for learning more and sharing that. She is full of joy.” “Going to Charis has changed my life,” Nichole says. “It has just increased my healing by showing me who I am in Christ and understanding that we already have everything in us through Jesus Christ.” Through your giving to Andrew Wommack Ministries, you have made Nichole’s healing journey possible. And now, untold lives are being touched by the message of hope that saved Nichole’s life. “My husband bought me a license plate that says ‘Hope’ as a Christmas gift one year because that’s our story that we want to get out to people. There’s more than hope in Jesus Christ. There is victory in Jesus Christ.” Craze? Cancer? Terminal? Incurable in all areas? The Cry of a Virgin

The Cry Of A Virgin!!! DEAR DOC, I READ YOUR COLUMN IN THE SUN NEWSPAPER, THANKS FOR THE WONDERFUL WORKS YOU ARE DOING.MAY GOD BLESS YOU. I AM A YOUNG LADY OF 26YRS OLD.I HAD THIS PROBLEM EATING ME UP AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. SOME OF MY NEIGHBOURS GUYS AMONG WHICH ARE GRADUATES IN OUR COMPOND WHERE DISCUSSING ABOUT \'VIGINITY,:,THEY SAID IT IS NOT GOOD AT ALL TO GET MARRIED TO A GIRL THAT IS STILL A VIRGIN.THAT DOING THAT,YOU WILL SUBJECT YOURSELF TO 'RANCOUR'(LONG LASTING SUFFERING, BECAUSE: 1.THE GIRL WILL NEVER KNOW OR LEARN HOW TO KEEP YOU HAPPY THROUGH SEX WHICH IS A PREREQUISITE FOR MARRIAGE... 2.SHE WILL ALWAYS BE LAMENTING WHENEVER YOU MISTAKENLY DO SOMETHING BAD TO HER 3.SHE WILL NOT OBEY YOU AT ALL BECAUSE SHE WILL BE FULL OF PRIDE KNOWING THAT SH IS VIRGIN BEORE YOU MARRIED HER.... 4.YOU WILL JUST CONSIDER YOURSELF UNFORTUNATE TO THE END OF YOUR LIFE. 5.YOU WILL SUFFER VERY WELL AS YOU SLEEP WITH THEM THE FIRST TIME-NO ENJOYMENT 6.YOU WILL SUBJECT THEM TO LONG SUFFERING AT CHILDBIRTH IF THEY GET PREGNANT THE FIRST TIME KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT FULLY ABLE TO CARRY ANY BABY. SO I AM SO ANGRY ABOUT THIS KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT I AM A VIRGIN..... AND NOT ONLY THAT, I HAVE HEARD THIS STORY QUITE A NUMBER OF TIMES EVEN WHEN I WAS STILL IN THE UNIVERSITY. PLEASE WHAT DO I DO? THEY ARE VERY SERIOUS. I THINK THIS IS MY MAJOR PROBLEM BECAUSE MEN USED TO RUN AWAY FROM ME WHEN THEY FOUND OUT THAT I AM STILL A VIRGIN..DOES IT MEAN THAT I WILL NOT GET MARRIED? BUT I THINK WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS TRUE.BUT WHAT DO YOU SAY TO THIS? Genevieve Akinduro, Ondo Dear Genevieve, What I say? What I say does not matter in any way. WHAT GOD SAYS is WHAT MATTERS. Let God be true but all men liars -- that's what the Bible says!!! Who created sex? Who thought of sex first? Who gave man the gift of feeling... of enjoyment ... of sex? Think of it. God created a man--- and then the woman from the man. He could have gone on creating in that asexual way or mode --just like bacteria dividing -- no enjoyment -- no feeling -- just divide into two. Or he himself could directly be producing men from a factory -- no involvement of any man. But out of his love he shares creation with us -- in sex -- with enjoyment for us -- but with RULES -- how to use it well and preserve our protection and purity. He is so generous and creative --and he shares this all with us Who created the penis like an arrow? Who created the vagina like a sheath to receive this arrow? Who...GOD. Now the question is not what I think because it does not matter. It is WHAT DOES GOD THINK? Well, God obviously prefers a virgin to a slut or a prostitute or promiscuity. The mother of Jesus had to be a virgin. But it seems your boys want a prostitute...Think about it!!!! THEY ARE EITHER LIARS OR ... PERVERTS. Because there is no man whose manhood does not go stronger (greater desire) at the prospect of meeting with a virgin? No man. Ask your dad, brother and priest. All other talk is just that -- mere talk -- deceit and lies. Or talk by a pervert. Again, who gets disease -- a virgin or a slut? I mean Sexually Transmitted Diseases? At least half a dozen of these diseases affect the newborn and blinden them at birth -- if medical supervision and precaution is lacking...Gonorrhea, Syphilis and Chlamydia. Herpes. HIV goes from mother to child and kills. Ectopic pregnancy kills -- virgins do not get it or these diseases. The diseases are the rewards of -- you know it -- loose living, promiscuity, jumping from bed to bed "to get experience”. Sexual inexperience of virgins is not a bad thing. The couple learn together and enjoy it. Yes, there is some pain at the onset but all that is easily overcome with time. There is no woman -- whether married or not -- who did not experience the pain anyway -- when she was disvirgined whether inside marriage or outside, so? --but the joy, the glory, the satisfaction, the purity of having it done right -- by your husband and in marriage GOD SAYS IT IS PLEASING TO HIM!!!. "MARRIAGE IS HONOURABLE IN ALL AND THE BED UNDEFILED. BUT WHOREMONGERS AND ADULTERESG GOD WILL JUDGE". Ease or difficulty of delivery of babies has nothing to do with virginity or promiscuity. The penis and its size cannot be compared to the head of a baby at full term. It is too small to make any difference --and do not forget I am a doctor who has delivered too many women. The type of man who thinks virginity is a drag does not deserve to get married to one and because a girl is a virgin does not mean her character in other areas is perfect so anyone can be rude to the husband. The virginity does not of necessity make a woman proud or humble. Continued in a fortnight… Dr. Caleb Bibbi Oluranti; 08093142261; 08057441699;08033466574;08028240983

Worm-Like Movement at Penile Tip; Help!!

Worm-Like Movement at Penile Tip; Help!! Dear Sir, Please I am writing in respect of an online mail written by Dr. Caleb Bibbi Oluranti advising a patient to contact your email, doctorbibbiz@gmail.com in respect of cure for Staphylococcus aureus. It was from a blog on General Health issues, www.mediamedix.blogspot.com. For some years now, I have been feeling a worm-like movement at the tip of my penis from time to time. Though I had consulted a lab technician who tested my urine and confirmed my fears of Staph. He prescribed some drugs and injection for me which I took, but up till this moment, I am still feeling the worm-like structure moving at the tip of my penis. Please Sir, based on Dr. Caleb Bibbi Oluranti’s directive to that patient who suffered same symptoms, kindly send free and fuller details and information on how to avail myself of a cure and get rid of this challenge so as to advance in life. Thank you for your prompt response. Yours sincerely, James Danmbatta, Jos Dear James, The feeling or sensation of strange movement in the location you mentioned or in any other part of the body must be investigated to rule out filarial worms that move along the subcutaneous tissues because there are several different species of parasitic worms that become a problem when ingested, but worms that burrow into your skin are a rarer breed. These include a few types of the tiny, thread-like filarial worm, which can infect the body cavities, lymph system, eyes, or the fat layer just under your skin's surface. The latter two types cause an infectious disease called subcutaneous filariasis. These worms include the Loa loa (African eye worm), Onchocerca volvulus (causes River Blindness) and the guinea worm. They are found mostly along bodies of water in tropical areas of Africa, South America and Southeast Asia. You can catch subcutaneous filariasis if you are bitten by a mosquito or fly infected with larvae. The filarial worm completes its entire life cycle in its human host. Once the larvae are injected by an infected bug, they grow into adult worms and reproduce, creating microfilariae. These juvenile worms' location just under the skin makes them ripe for being ingested by feeding mosquitoes and the cycle begins anew. People infected with filarial worms may have them for years, and adult worms can live for more than a decade. Onchocerciasis is the second-leading infectious cause of blindness in the world. Mansonella streptocerca is another filarial worm that gives the same symptom. Yes, the laboratory is the proper place to go for investigation of your skin (they’ll take what is called a skin snip from you BUT the proper procedure is to see a doctor who now sends you for lab-work which will be reported back to the doctor who will now prescribe medicines for you. It is not proper for you to take prescriptions of medicines and injections from Laboratory scientists or technicians. Usually, however, this feeling or symptom you describe is not due to these worms. Most of the time, complaints about strange movements are neurotic complaints where there is nothing pathological to be seen moving or giving the feeling of movement; rather it is an effect of the mind over the body (mind over matter). In other words, the trouble is real; yes, but it is in the mind and not in the body. It is generally secondary to worries, anxieties, fears, conflicts and apprehensions in the mind which of course the organism enables the system to appreciate by transmuting it into feelings of physical symptoms like crawling; pepperiness; ant-like movements; feeling of heat in parts of the body all of which are unreal physically but very real when traced to the roots which is the mind or the psychological. All of that is part of the bad news. The good news is that we can get rid of the movements for you by a combination of orthodox medicines and complementary remedies. You can be well. It may cost you some; but what is the use of money when one cannot advance in life or even enjoy their life or money? Call the help-lines. You will get some psychological counseling and then some physical medication as well as medicines that work on the mind to remove the effect of the worries, conflicts, and anxieties. Salvation is just a call away. Go for it!!! Cheers

Two Negative HIV Tests, But Still Sick to the Scrotum

Confused; What to do? Dear Dr, I have been ill for roughly 2 years now and all efforts to get lasting treatment have proved abortive. Symptoms are recurrent waist pain, internal body heat sometimes at the sole of the feet, stomach rumbling [sometimes noisy], recurrent sore throat, catarrh and cough with chest congestion and sometimes pain in scrotum after a prolonged erection. All this is always accompanied with persistent fever and sometimes dizziness. Once or twice noticed sperm [like] fluid come out of the penis. I have treated malaria and typhoid more than 10 times ever since after tests confirmed their presence. Also 2 HIV TESTS have been negative. What do I do? Murebo Takoto, Lagos Dear Murebo, Looking at all your symptoms, my educated, experienced and professional guess is, you are looking for the answer in the wrong place. The internal body heat; at times at the sole of the feet are symptoms of what is called Somatisation Syndrome; a function of anxiety neurosis which generally may follow problems with the genitals for men, seeing that such challenges can be very stressful for men. You can get fully well, but you must look for doctors who understand what is going on. specialists called urologists and very good doctors are the category I am talking about. Chronic Prostatitis never goes away without treatment--adequate ones at that. So get to work to treat yourself. You can call the help-lines. Cheers Dr.Caleb Bibbi Oluranti

Spiritually Inflicted Disease Entity

Spiritually Inflicted Disease Entity Dear Dr, My mom needs help. What she has been complaining of for about one year now is weakness and dizziness. We took her from home to come to Lagos so that she can be properly assessed and taken care of. She has done all major and minor tests and has been seen by the very best medical experts in all kinds of fields yet she is still complaining of these same symptoms. What do you think is the matter with her and how can we cure her? One of my cousins thinks it is spiritual. What do you think? Jamil Taraba, Yola Dear Jamil, When the kind of complaints you have enunciated is the challenge, I have nothing better to say than to quote wholesale a question and answer piece from my the archives of this column also accessible from the website www.mediamedix.blogspot.com.ng and which follows below Heart Cry Over Staphylococcus Dear Doctor, I have for years been diagnosed as having a scanty growth of Staphylococcus aureus. I have equally received several efforts at treatment from several hospitals to no avail or so I think. Some doctors have also told me to ignore the test result and remove my mind from it as it was not a problem per se. However, i have been married for over five years now without a child and in the circumstance; I am forced to think of all possible reasons so that solutions can be sought. Some of my lab investigations have shown a high percentage of inactive/dead semen in motility checks - 15% active, 65%sluggish, 20%dead, with a count of 48x10 to power6 cells/cm(3) to power 3! My SFA yielded no bacterial growth after 24hrs incubation @37degrees centigrade. But a swab culture yielded a scanty growth of Staphylococcus spp? After 48hrs incubation at 37degrees! I am currently receiving treatment at LUTH ( Medilag Consult /Prenatal Diagnosis & treatment centre,). I have paid heavily for all sorts of tests- cytoclines screening (historone, TNF-alpha, IL2, IL6, IL8, Thyroglobin);Fructase, acid phosphate, alkaline Phosphate; Testosterone, Inhibin B, Prolactin, FSH, LH,; Sperm AB, IgA, IgM,; PSA, ANA, ACA, CRP, etc. Most of the results show normal ranges. After reading your response on Staph and HIV/AIDS in the Sun of one Thursday of February 2015, I decided to write and ask for your opinion/advice on the above matter. Has Staph anything to do with my present childless condition? I will appreciate if you can assist me get out of this problem and enjoy my married life with children of my own. Will appreciate your reply via mail Demola R.Faramade(DRF), Ogun Dear DRF, Please Stop! Please stop all those tests and running around to no avail and listen. Listen really carefully-- Very likely, you are faced with what I call a Peculiar Disease (PEDI) or a Spiritually Inflicted Disease Entity (SIDES). Proof? All the most hi-falutin tests medicaments and doctors in the whole world and yet --ALL TO NO AVAIL! What to do? Simple. See a doctor/physician or practitioner like me who understands that “God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living mind or soul" Genesis 2.7. Man is not body alone!!! Man is a spirit; resident in a body and equipped with a mind-- body, mind and spirit and problems can come from any of the 3 areas!!! You are looking for solutions where there are none. The problem is beyond your body. Maybe in your mind or mental space. Or more likely, spiritually inflicted. How to tackle SIDES? Prayer. Fervent prayer-- and more. I do not apologize for this. I even said it in the write- up you refer to, that there are mysterious, strange and solution- defying problems that can only be solved by God's intervention. But then -- if all you'll do is prayer-- why are you a doctor, you may ask? No Sir!! You must approach such problems from all 3 angles -- at the same time!! Use your drugs. Please use your drugs; treat the staph or whatever the label it is given. You see the real name of what you face is Childlessness; simple. Childlessness masquerading behind a perpetual diagnosis of Staph. By all means, get as much medical help as you have the opportunity to. Do not be a fool. But pray and use your mind also. For an instance of using your mind, why will you still be childless even after all the Staph has disappeared and your sperm count is okay with the motility? Yes, Staph in the prostate (SFA) or Expressed Prostatic Secretion (EPS) will destroy sperm cells causing low or no sperm count but your semen is now free. The swab culture is a contaminant. Learn all you need to about the condition facing you so you can tackle it successfully. For example, if Staph is your worry, send now to staphdocotor@yahoo.com for free details of what to do. We routinely do this for people and have the great satisfaction that we do solve such problems --cancer, HIV/AIDS, drug addiction, arthritis, hypertension, diabetes, infertility, Staphylococcus or other such unspeakable distresses like the ones you face. I Hope I'm Not Going Mad?

I Hope I’m Not Going Mad? Please Sir, I am in a desperate need of a solution to this problem. I am a secondary school leaver. Right from my secondary school days I have been experiencing this problem. The problem is this, whenever I talk to a person, address a congregation or had an encounter with somebody, I am always nervous and after that I can not write as a result of the nervousness. Last year I visited a doctor and he told me that it is palpitation that it will stop soon but I have been waiting patiently for it to stop but to no avail. I am not comfortable with this, so I need a way out of this mess. Doctor, I hope I'm not going mad or something? Please reply via, my e-mail because as a secondary school leaver I may not be opportune to read it. Sulaiman Afikuyomi, Ilorin Dear Sulaiman, Such nerves as you complain of usually have a discernible origin which a skilled doctor/psychologist/psychotherapist//psychiatrist can help you ferret out. These roots/origins are usually some conflict or the other at the base of your mind or emotions. Are there any hidden worries or anxieties or guilt or tension? These are the kinds of questions he will be looking for answers to. Then he can tackle it. The condition is referred to as an anxiety neurosis, almost bordering on a phobia. What to do? Go seek out a professional who understands the mind -- like the ones above. Where to find them? Try General Hospitals, Specialist Hospitals; Teaching Hospitals. You can be treated. Help is available. Madness? Oh no!!Truly, when we talk mind and psychiatry, most people think madness. Psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists are not always treating madness; okay? There are much simpler, milder and harmless problems of the mind called Neuroses that we all can suffer from -- like Depression-- and they are really skilled in helping out with such concerns. Madness is another kettle of tea and I daresay your fears must be properly laid to rest by telling you what are the tell-tale features of madness-- which you do not have but which I list here just to help anyone with fears similar to yours to sort themselves out. When a person is going mad you begin to notice other symptoms apart from the ones you mentioned --things that affect the person's character especially -- character changes-- like)Coldness vs Normal Warmth; b)Concern Gone; c)May hear voices; d)Sleeplessness; e)Mannerisms and habits have changed--won't do some things they are normally very fond of; f)Violence; g)May see things others do not see; h)Mood changes -- may be too joyful or too depressed for normal; i)Withdrawal; j)Verbal Attacks and negative words and curses on people; k)Wanting to undress in public; l)Hallucinations; m)Jumpiness and fear; n)Aggressiveness; o)Incorrigible-ness; p)Irritability-- q)Fights Easily; r)Paranoia -- or a feeling; frequently expressed-- that normally harmless things or people want to harm the patient; s)Quarrelsomeness-- Quarrels with everyone and everything -- fights her relatives; attacks driver; uses a knife or other harmful instruments to threaten; suddenly tears others clothing; t)Denial of reality; u)Anger, 4Wrath -- as in great anger)Violence; and so on. All of that is bad news. The good news, of course, is that all these can be controlled and suppressed. At whatever level --whether just beginning or the one that has progressed a little bit. My Asthma Has Gone

I finally had to admit that I had a challenge with the disease and did not really know what to do to get my healing and that in truth, as a Christian, I did not want to accept, not to talk of declare that I had the disease. You assured me that you knew what to do and if I would only follow simple instructions. I decided to let you guide and coach me into perfect health. You then proceeded to teach and coach me on how to pray and storm heaven with my demand for healing. While my coaching was going on, you said to me that anyone who cared and was serious could get rid of their health challenge, no matter what - infertility, arthritis, cancer or other incurable disease, staphylococcus, sexual and marital issues, fibroid, prostate problems, hypertension, diabetes, name it, if they would only follow simple instructions as they used their drugs, took counseling from you and prayed along. Just call the help-lines

Diagnosed With Staph, But Never Had Sex Before!!!

Pls Doc, I am the one that called you yesterday. I am a 33yr old man from Enugu State. I have a serious problem which is trying to ruin my life. I engaged in a relationship which has resulted to marriage, presently I am now faced with these sexual problems. 1. I am unable to go more than one round, and I release my load in a second. 2. After releasing I could not go again until the next day. 3. The most worrisome is that I cannot have and maintain a good and strong erection; my manhood always as soft as foam. 4. My early morning erection is no longer there. 5. During ejaculation my semen used to shoot but now it oozes out. Please I am always ashamed of myself whenever she calls for sex. I am thinking of losing my life than live and see myself in this unbearable condition. She is threatening to leave me if there is no solution to it. I also pity her for what she has being undergoing for so long. I was subjected to a lab.test and below are the results. *Motility rate 10% Actively motile 30%. *Sperm count 5x1000000 cells. *Viscosity slightly viscous. *Pus cells... 1-3hpf; ph 7.5. *Morphology..25% abnormal cells. The test also showed that I have a STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS infection. Please I still count on you for help. Do not publish. Keep it secret. Thanks for your urgent reply. Andrew Youngers,Dear Andrew Youngers Your case and this case I quote following-- "Please Sir, I am a 19 year old boy that needs your help urgently. I read an article in your column of Sun newspaper [4/05/05], it was there that I discovered I should mail you. My problem is that any time I go to use the toilet there is always this thing that comes out of my penis [like semen]. Sir I don't feel any pain except in my waist region. Please what is this? Is it CPR. I will appreciate your reply possibly soonest. [I've never slept with any girl in my life]. Thanks for the reply. Bye" --- both show very clearly the link between three or four very seemingly unrelated concepts or words a)Sexual inadequacy(SXI) or erectile dysfunction b)Chronic Prostatitis(CPR) and c)Staphylococcus aureus d)Sex, no sex and STD's. In a nutshell, understand that Staphylococcus --or any other germ, like e.Coli; Klebsiella; Proteus; Coliform baccilus; Streptococcus species; Candida etc (some STD, some not) can invade a male's system, infect his prostate give him a CPR and then cause sexual inadequacy (SXI) secondary to the CPR. In my experience, CPR --hidden, unsuspected, undiagnosed (by SFA--seminal fluid analysis with m,c,s and urinalysis with m,c,s) is the cause of up to 85% --if not even more of sexual inadequacy (SXI). Too may feel that all these have got to have a link or the other with sex. True and false. CPR, like PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease), both can be caused by either STD germs or UTI germs or any other general germ that takes their fancy. If, like in Staph, a general germ is causing problem in the sexual areas, it does not mean that it is sexually transmitted-- only that it is doing havoc in that area. This is important for cases like the 19 year old virgin boy who has CPR or the 18 year old virgin girl who has PID. It does not imply that they were not chaste or were sexually involved -- everyone must understand this. And the only way to settle that is extensive interview, appropriate examination and laboratory tests that tell us what type of germ we are dealing with; okay? No generalizations; no jumping to any conclusions. People can get PID and CPR from both Sexually Transmitted germs and Non-Sexually Transmitted germs. Send to staphdoctor@yahoo.com; or betterloverz@yahoo.com to access very useful information on how to stop these menaces. Not to publish? But that's how all --including you-- have benefited and are still benefiting from what we write. We publish and will continue to publish—but will change your ID and location. And that is good enough for all to keep their privacy, I believe. Cheers

Unknown Condition; Any Help For Me?

Unknown Condition; Any Help for Me? Dr Caleb, Good day, Sir. Thank you Sir and God bless you Dear Taofeek, Yes. Because, in your question you mention spiritual and medical by yourself I want to say we help to sort people out from an understanding and thorough training in not just the physical orthodox and medical, but also the mental, psychological and social, not to forget the spiritual, private and personal. Physically, have you seen a dermatologist? Also, we will encourage you to go do your HIV tests. No, we do not suspect HIV but we know you do understand that in any war it is better psychologically for you to know what you are fighting. With this approach – that is tackling body, mind and spirit together -you will soon be so well sorted out that you will wonder if your illness was not just a dream. And that’s a guarantee to you or anybody faced with anything looking strange, weird or incurable. We have helped incurably ill folks who had been to India, Dubai, Europe and America without getting well but who got well as they listened to us and followed our direction and prescriptions. We can help you. Just call the help-lines/send us an e mail or text. You Can Cure Your Cancer!!!

Healed of Cancer? Dear Dr, Early last year, by Barium enema Xray studies, sigmoidoscopy, biopsy and histopathology, I was diagnosed with cancer of the sigmoid colon. The MRI scan showed that the tumor was a macro growth of about 3.5cm. The doctors said the placement of the cancer and its likely spread which they believed had already set in accounted for my low back pain, difficulty with stooling, increasing inability to walk and general weakness; that it wasn’t a surprise that by the time I was seeing them in hospital, I needed a wheelchair to get around. I was presented with two options; immediate surgery to remove the tumor [the risk of surgery was that besides a 20% failure rate, I could become totally paralyzed and unable ever to walk again, or medication [I was told that would take a long time to work and most patients only experience a shrinkage in the tumor after a year or so]. What the doctors had found out and said about the tumor was devastating news to me and my family. I remember telling myself that if I were to become totally crippled, I would not want to live anymore. It was during this time that my family resolved to come to see you as a medical doctor in your facility and you assured us that with God on our side, as we commit the whole thing to God, trust and rely on him entirely and pray for healing as well as go ahead with taking my medication, nutritional supplements, herbs and other complementary treatment, I "must get well". During this time, you also emphasized that what I was thinking – what I used my mind to accept, believe and imagine mattered a lot; quite apart from my taking my medicines and praying as seriously as I could. You warned me to beware of evil thoughts that query God’s goodness to me by which I was constantly plagued; with questions like, “doesn't God love me anymore?” “Does He even care?” “Is He punishing me for something wrong I have done?” Shouldn’t I just grit my teeth and just accept the situation instead of trying to fight it?" It wasn’t too long when this your combination of medicine for body, mind and spirit began to work its wonders. Within a month, the tumour shrank to half its size and I began to walk again. You were not impressed but told me we must go on until we totally uprooted the evil from my domain—body soul and spirit. You and your workers were relentless in your prayers, encouragement and treatment with the combination of complementary medicines you gave me. Significantly, you were always most interested in the content of my dreams—as you said something I feel is total genius – that my dreams are “spiritual laboratory”—just like when you have to do medical laboratory and investigations to “manage a case properly” were your exact words. My confidence and encouragement grew as I gained strength by the day—your total confidence in the efficacy of your methods, you see, could not but positively infect the most depressive skeptic. By 7 weeks (which you had promised), all my tests were negative –the tumour was nowhere to be found; it was totally and completely gone and I was fully restored to perfect health. Now 3 months later, I am writing to inform you that the last and most important part of the picture has fallen in place—my wife has confessed in church (privately to the ministers during a powerful revival service when the preacher insisted on pain of death that only a confession could save the by then unknown offender) that she was in an adulterous relationship where she was aware that the man had worked tirelessly by voodoo spiritual means to get rid of me so as to marry her!!! You will remember that my dreams at the material time kept showing a close female relative coming to visit me with a male friend of hers (both of whom I never recognized) to shoot me with a gun. I have since forgiven her. I am most thankful to you and your cocksure confidence that “cancer is not incurable—all we need is courage, conviction and confidence in God who created all things”. Once again, I want to thank you and pray for God to really enlarge your coast. God bless you and thanks once again. Labaz Dakota, Alaba Lagos Dear Labaz, Well, in Orthodox medicine, we never really talk of healing with cancer; we talk only of 5year survival rates. In your case with colon cancer at stage IV, we are talking of a mere 6% survival rate in 5years; 94% would have died in 5 years. That means we are so used to cancer being impossible to heal that we never believe any good news until after the person is still alive after 5 years—because almost all are dead by then, you see. However, in your case the growth, the pain and the bane are all clean gone –what else? All the tests show that you are HEALED! CONGRATS! And with your decision to forgive, I see you really living long .That your cancer? Let’s just give all the glory to God and let’s all learn that even cancer has natural remedies that work. And I mean any type of cancer. So if you or a relative have issues with cancer, just call the help-lines NOW

When Ultrasound Cannot Detect the Baby

Ultrasound Scan Cannot Detect Our Baby, Help!! Dear Doc, I feel at home with the way you treat peoples' questions, and decided to write you a personal one. My wife took in twice and it all went out after the first month We continued until we decided to try herbs to fight the fibroid. The herb woman told my wife the very first time, that she was one month pregnant. We rejoiced and started thinking of our baby. However lately, she went to hospital for scan after three months, and was told that there was no child in her womb. Meanwhile, her tummy is protruding, breast enlarging, she feels very heavy, experiences sleepiness and drowsiness in the early mornings, and once or twice has almost thrown up in the morning. The problem is that with all these signs, is it possible that she is not pregnant? And if not, what could be growing in her tummy, since it is not fibroid. Please, advice us before we do something stupid. Please, do reply through this mail address while sharing same in the papers for those facing the same kind of confusion. Perhaps she should see a psychologist or a psychiatrist or at least a counselor. She was still looking pregnant? To cut a long story short, I told them what to do; they did it and after two weeks, they went back for a scan and the scan reported on the same woman that there was a baby in her womb now. Needless to say, they delivered the baby who is a boy and alive and well; a spitting image of the dad. There are mysterious cases which we as mere doctors cannot handle without a consideration of not just the physical, but the physical, together with the mental and not forgetting the spiritual. When we see face to face we will handle the challenge and any one with a similar story. Call the help lines

What’s The Matter With My Belly?

What’s The Matter With My Belly?
Dear Doctor,
I read a Daily Sun newspaper and saw so many problems put up to you which you gave a solution of how to solve; that was why I intended to present my case to you .This has been bothering me for long, and has been a very big problem to me which nobody will not able to observe, looking at me I'm healthy but inside I know the kind of problem I have. I’ve been to so many hospitals and have taken a lot of antibiotics, the lab always prescribe that I have typhoid and malaria parasite, and also stomach problem which the doctor said that I had excess gas syndrome. It has been 2 years and some months since this sickness started; I have never been myself again, and never believe that typhoid will ever last this way. Please tell me what to do cause you are the last doctor I'm writing to. I stopped taking any drugs because I tried and I found out that it weakens my body whenever I took any antibiotic.
Keriani Gaskiya; Taraba
 Dear Keriani,
If your stomach is acting up with excess gas-- and the doctor called it a syndrome then maybe we are dealing with something that is difficult to delineate. A syndrome is always so called because of this --it is difficult to characterize or understand; but it is a recognized group of symptoms or challenges to health or well-being. Typhoid certainly can be the culprit. Also, chronic indigestion can do the same thing --just as the poorly understood Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). IBS means your bowel doesn’t work the right way; it can cause cramping, bloating, gas, diarrhea, and constipation, but doesn’t damage the bowel or lead to other health problems. The doctor, who will diagnose IBS based on your symptoms, may need to have medical tests done to rule out other health problems. Stress doesn’t cause IBS, but it can make your symptoms worse. Fatty foods, milk products, chocolate, alcohol, and caffeinated and carbonated drinks can trigger symptoms.
Eating foods with fiber like vegetables and fruits like pawpaw, pine apple, apple, cabbage, carrots, bananas, and eating small meals (up to 5 or 6) throughout the day may reduce symptoms. Drinking lots of water helps too. There is no medical cure for IBS but treatment for IBS may include medicine, stress relief, and changes in eating habits. You'll certainly need to see a good doctor face to face and have him investigate the IBS. Just seeing malaria parasite in the blood of anyone living in Nigeria's holoendemic area is nothing to write home about—it’s of no consequence especially if there are no accompanying symptoms of malaria

Married So Long Without Children;Staphylococcus Issues;Needing Immediate Help!

Married So Long Without Children; Staphylococcus Issues; Needing Immediate Help!
Good morning Doctor,
I have been having the suspicion of my genital area not being okay. After undergoing tests after three years of marriage without children I found out I had Staphylococcus infection. I treated it for over a year, returned for test and the result read that there was insignificant traces of germs, which might mean it has been flushed off. Now I continue to experience low sperm count of about 5 million instead of the normal 20 million. Also I have this continuous weak erection and quick ejaculation.
Please I need your urgent help for a final and permanent cure to this frustrating and embarrassing menace. I also think this might have affected my prostrate organ as I deduced from your blog, mediamedixdoctor .
Thank you.

Your faithful,
Femi Elegbata, Kabba, Kogi

Immediate Help Please
Dear Sir,
Please I need your help right away. I did a urine culture test last week and the result came that I have yielded Scanty Growth of Staphylococcus aureus after 24 hours of incubation at 37 degrees Centigrade. I don't know what to do, please help me

Yours sincerely
Jibrilla Suleiman. Adamawa

Dear Femi and Jubrilla,
Scanty growth of germs can still cause disease and MUST BE TREATED if you are to regain your full health. Unfortunately, this lack of full treatment fuels more infertility through low sperm count as in the case of Femi and his inability to get his wife pregnant even after three full years of marriage. No, with scanty growth remaining, it has not been flushed off in the language of Femi. Yes it is Chronic Prostate infection (prostatitis) that is at the root of all your complaints of inadequacy on the bed, weak erection, and low hunger for sex, premature or too quick ejaculation, only one round and madam complaining about your act. Thank God that a final permanent cure is available for Staphyloccus issues; just call the help-lines and check our blog at www.mediamedix.blogspot.com. Like we announced a fortnight ago, you can still register for the event on Getting Married Now by sending an e mail titled I’m Interested or I Want to Get Married to our  email address, docmarrylove@yahoo.com
Cheers
