There is no doubt that Endometriosis affects fertility. Endometrial cells can commonly be found on the fallopian tubes where they implant themselves and begin to grow. Excess estrogen in the body creates an enabling atmosphere for the endometrial cells to grow. They may scar and block the fallopian tubes, which then makes it difficult for you to get pregnant.
Estrogen promotes the growth of cells, therefore when in excess there is excessive growth of cells. This causes the cells to then proliferate leading to Endometriosis as we know it. In estrogen Endometriosis fertility the hormone progesterone is much less than the estrogen found in the body.
It is important to note that the actions of estrogen are controlled by progesterone. Therefore if the progesterone is low, the estrogen is out of control leading to estrogen Endometriosis fertility issues.
To counter this problem you can use supplementary natural progesterone which slows down and even stops the proliferation of these cells.
Estrogen Endometriosis fertility issues increase with age. Women suffering from Endometriosis who delay conception to their thirties find that they may not be able to conceive. According to studies done, the best treatment for helping infertility if you have Endometriosis is surgery. This is the only way you can improve the chances of conception
Another factor that must be considered when discussing estrogen Endometriosis fertility is how long you have been infertile. This is because your conception success rate is very much dependent on how long you have been trying for a baby before the Endometriosis was diagnosed.
If you have been trying to get pregnant unsuccessfully for 3 years or more, then the chances of getting pregnant naturally are significantly low regardless of what stage of Endometriosis you are in. It's with full attention that I read this post. Suffice it to say that I am passing through the same problem with my spouse; we've been married for 5 years now without an issue, though we've had a couple of miscarriages. But we are not losing hope or losing our joy, neither are we giving up.
A friend of ours wanted to introduce us to her doctor for treatment, but she suddenly grew cold feet. Just yesterday we were discussing how to get a good doctor.
By the way, my spouse and I are in our early 40's

V,That condition seems like a very difficult one, are you just seeing one doctor or you have gone a specialist in this Field? I pray too that it works for you. There is nothing too hard for God.
E, i tried replying last week 3 times but i was blocked so could not say nothing. I know you said you looked on line but remember many illnesses or diseases have similar symptoms so it might be difficult to pinpoint exactly what it is.
But since you have a clue and you have just tested for it that is a huge start and i pray to God, that it is the end of this journey. No i am not a Nigerian woman who sits and just hopes and prays i have my specialist who is working with me , i am taking it one day at a time i hope the results brings you the answers you need.
A,I am not a doctor but i have going through this same thing so i can tell you what i think, if you don't mind. Have you and your wife ever tested the miscarriage tissues to see if there is any chromosomal imbalance? I know they do that in Nigeria it will be serious cash it is done just to make sure you both match to have babies.
I know it is difficult but you cannot let her have cold feet talk to her go with her so both of you can get tested and cover all the basis staying home and hoping is not really helping. For a Nigerian man i am happy that you have not taken a second wife Description: grin and that you are still holding on to each other it takes a lot of guts from a man to stay with a woman in this situation especially in Nigeria when he knows he can just have a back yard girlfriend. It depends on what state you live in my friend has told me of 2 clinics one in Lagos and PHC (that is if you are in Nigeria).
Age also plays a factor in this situation but the sooner you start looking into it the better for a woman at age 30 the quality of your eggs start to decline so please try and find a good doctor asap.

My case may be a bit different but believe me we are in the same situation and pain. I have 3 kids a boy and 2 girls. I however after much calculation took in for the 4th baby who died few hrs after birth since then i have actually done all i think i shd do to take in again after 2 yrs but it seems i am not trying. I sometimes feel very bad and sad but i stil live it to God to dry my tears. My kids are doing well but i still need 1 more

Dear Dr, 

I believe you can help clear up my confusion. I have had this pain I believe is pneumonia  on the left side of my chest right up to my neck on the left, for about  a decade now. I saw a medical doctor who told me it is a heart attack I am suffering and not pneumonia. The doctor asked me if I had any emotional issues and how does the pain react to such issues. I answered that there is a situation that pains me whenever I think of how my sister used me and dumped me; and  that the pain gets worse whenever I contemplate the problem. He sort of used this to confirm his suspicions and he wants to start treating me for what he called IHD or Ishaemic Heart Disease which says is also a heart attack. Doctor, what is your opinion? Is it a heart problem or pneumonia which I hear is of the lungs? Please help me

The truth is that pain in the chest or abdomen can be traceable to both heat and lung diseases.But the characteristics of each organ disease, either heart or lungs differs.Lung disease like pneumonia will generally affect both parts of the chest; although it may affect only one. On the other hand, diseases of the heart traditionally AFFECT ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE CHEST WHICH IS THE LEFT. Again when you have pneumonia, it is expected that you will have a fever; the fever, generally will be a high one. Heart diseases generally do not come with fever  and when and if they do, the fever may not be so high. Cough will generally accompany pneumonia while you generally do not get a cough with heart problems and when they come may not be as prominent a symptom as with pneumonia. However, in this your case, the fact that your pain is on the left side and is linked to emotional issues will make most doctors think of the heart, rather than the lungs. I wager you have a condition where there is not enough blood arriving in your heart; causing ischemia -- not enough blood supplied. Ischemic Heart Disease is actually another name for heart attack like the doctor you saw said to you. I would agree with the doctor and start my treatment as fast as I can, if i were you

I would have thought there was nothing the matter with doing this-- that is washing inside the vagina-- but some one told me recently that it is bad and that doctors dont recommend it. If so, why?

That’s because douching changes the balance of natural chemicals and healthy bacteria in your vagina and can make it easier for you to get dangerous infections!!!!

Discharge, or fluid, from your vagina that is not normal, such as thick and white (like cottage cheese) or yellowish-green and bad-smelling. Discharge changes throughout your menstrual cycle, but it normally looks clear, cloudy white, and/or yellowish. It is really unfortunate when this kind of thing occurs-- but your letter is a very good opportunity to warn youths out there that this kind of thing happens -- all the time. Women-- girls --demonic agents-- can also "rape" men!! God have mercy on us!! What you have is Chronic Prostatitis(CPR). Any male who discharges without sex has CPR--What other symptoms are there? Let's list some ten a)Back ache b) Waist pains c)Sexual Inadequacies of all sorts-- only one round; weak erection; painful penis; premature ejaculation; delayed ejaculation; reduced or no pleasure; dying penis at the sight of vagina-- name it-- d)low sperm count; or zero sperm count; e)problems with urination-- frequency; scattered stream; smelly; etc  f)pain in the pelvis/groin that refuses to go; g)funny feelings and sensations in the pelvis -- like-- h) movements and i) heat and j)itching; then k) discharge during stools or urination. The realization or the mere supicion that there are conditions that are out of the pale of the ordinary is a good development because, believe it or not, there are many such conditions which, if not handled with such an understanding, all efforts to obtain a desirable result or outcome will fail and many times lives can be lost needlessly.
To give a few examples. By my reckoning any case of Unexplained Infertility qualifies for this label. Fertility is skewed by nature for success. Billions of sperm cells gunning for a single egg and only a single sprrm cell needed to do the job. After all investigations are completed, Unexplained Infertility is of course, no explanation and is SUSPECT. Leading us to features of such conditions. First of course is when the doctor cannot explain what is wrong. Next is when the findings medically don't fit the expected.
