I Cannot Perform & My Love-Life's Ruined

I Cannot Perform & My Love-Life's Ruined
Dear Doctor,
I have a problem that is multi-pronged. It all started last year when I was hospitalized due to bronchial pneumonia. I was placed on a 6-hourly injection for 4days. I recovered to find out I no longer had a job. This took its toll on me among other disappointments. To my problem proper; I tried making love to my fiance a month after my illness, but discovered to my chagrin that anytime I attempted wearing a condom, I lost my erection. All subsequent moves to get it back, results in involuntary emission. Initially, I thought it was a result of the illness that I need sufficient time to recuperate properly before embarking on something like that. I waited for another month before trying again and the same thing happened. I tried again the third time and it became worse, while putting on the condom, I released and all attempts to get back an erection proved futile. By this time my fiance has already lost patience with me and resulted in the subsequent breakup of the relationship. For your information, in the first month, my fiance showed me a lab result that indicates that she has scanty growth of staphylococcus and candidiasis. At first I was worried, but I remembered that I just came out of the hospital where a lot test was carried before my subsequent treatment. I felt it should have been detected if I had it. So, since the doctor didn't mention anything like that, I just shrugged it off. I don’t know if this is related to the problem at hand. Though I thought it was more of psychological than physical since I was kind of depressed. I have already encountered worse emotional problem before and my performance was not in any way affected, so I was really disappointed that it is happening to me now, especially when I’ve promised never to make love without a condom until I get married. I tried sorting things out with my fiancĂ© but she seems to be so sure that the episode will repeat itself and since the last day she no longer loves me. I am really worried about this development, please advise me as it is affecting me emotionally, and has ruined my love life, even worse than my unemployed predicament. I would be very much obliged if you could send your prognosis of the situation to my e-mail address as I will be traveling to location where getting a newspaper to read is not easy, so that I can read it immediately I come back. Thanks,
Yours Faithfully,
Humuani Wa’Salaam, Maiduguri

 Dear HS,
If you simply send an e mail to betterloverz@yahoo.com you will get a full understanding of how to sort yourself out. You have Chronic Prostatitis (CPR); that's all. This condition does all what you have reported and more-- lowers sperm count and causes male infertility. So it negatively affects both virility (ability to be a stud--be powerful on the bed and really do your woman to satisfaction) and fertility (ability to impregnate a woman and father kids). The germs you mentioned above-- Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans happen to be major culprits in causing the disease along with Escherichia coli. Others include Klebsiella, Proteus mirabilis and other Gram Negative bacterial organisms. Your condition will not go away unless you treat it and treatment is not straightforward as many physicians fail to cure it --quite a number feel it’s just a question of psychology and others think you do not get any sexual effects when you have CPR--or in other words, CPR causes no sexual complaints but the truth is the disease cripples a man sexually- fewer rounds than before, loss of sexual hunger or libido, weakened morning erection, soft erection, premature ejaculation, lowered sperm count, frequent night encounters with sex called wet dreams, etc. The psychological angle has some truth to it but not in the way surmised (frequent failure with woman eventually makes a man avoid women and sex) and in some cases, you need spiritual help to tackle the sex in dreams complication. Treatment is not simple -you need prolonged treatment with appropriate and high dose antibiotics and a few other bits of deep understanding of both the mind and the spirit to tackle the disease successfully which we do very well. If you follow our prescriptions and advise you will get rid of it. Just call the helplines

Kidney Disease—Symptoms?

Kidney Disease—Symptoms?
Dear Doctor,
1. What are the symptoms of kidney disorder?
2. Can a man with one testis impregnate a woman?
Finally I wish to acknowledge your good work in the SUN NEWSPAPER
Gary Lee, Potiskum
Dear Gary,
When a person has disease of the kidney the manifestations are many but let’s look at maybe a dozen or half dozen signs and symptoms. But first o underscore the importance of your question
a) Kidney disease has been on an alarming increase in Nigeria in recent times that doctors and nephrologists have cried out at the sheer number of people it is affecting. b)Kidney diseases usually end in death --Chronic Renal (kidney) failure is irreversible--once a person has it, they really cannot be helped anymore--they will usually die --unless of course, new kidneys are obtained by transplantation surgery and the person gets a new lease of life. c)Kidney transplants can be very risky--the transplant may fail; the costs are prohibitive and the surgery and/or procurement of donor organs not easy. So it is really just the best for one to make sure they are not affected by this problem.
First is that there may be no manifestation--especially when the disease is still very early .
But there is usually some pain in the flanks or back--this is because the kidneys are to be found at that location--that is the flanks-- there will be edema--swelling of first, the legs but later all parts of the body from water retention and electrolyte imbalance. You see the kidney's job is to purify the blood from poisons in the system--it filters these poisons from the blood and then excretes them as urine. So the kidneys make urine.
Now when the kidney is malfunctioning thro' disease, of course the sufferer cannot make the amount of urine he used to make before or any at all. We call this oliguria or anuria. All that water that should have gone off with the urine now accumulates in the body causing edema.
The patient will also be tired, from anemia or lack of enough blood--the kidney produces Erythropoietin which triggers the manufacture of Red Blood Cells. Kidney disease therefore will cause lack of enough blood--anaemia.
The kidneys produce a substance called angoiotensin that helps to control blood pressure making it normal. A malfunctioning kidney therefore causes hypertension--nothing to control hypertension anymore.
You will agree that a weak, tired and exhausted, sick person will not likely be interested in sex. In kidney disease, there is loss of libido and impotence; there will be all sorts of menstrual problems and irregularities --maybe even amenorrhea--total loss of menses
Urea is the main poison that the kidney filters from the blood. High levels of this poison, urea, causes hiccups, nausea, vomiting and itching.
These are some of what you can expect when someone has kidney disease.
As for your second question all organs in the body that are double-- left and right-- can continue working at over 75% efficacy without the counterpart organ. Can a one -eyed man see? Of course he can
So one testes is enough the functioning one works harder, as it were, to compensate for the deficiency
I do hope you understand and are satisfied.
And as for your last statement, thank you; and let's all thank God for the Sun
Cheers

Excess Gas in My Belly

Excess Gas in My Belly

Dear Doctor,

I read a Daily Sun newspaper and saw so many problems put up to you which you gave a solution of how to solve; that was why I intended to present my case to you .This has been bothering me for long, and has been a very big problem to me which nobody will not able to observe, looking at me I'm healthy but inside I know the kind of problem I have. I've been to so many hospitals and have taken a lot of antibiotics, the lab always prescribe that I have typhoid and malaria parasite, and also stomach problem which the doctor said that I had excess gas syndrome. It has been 2 years and some months since this sickness started; I have never been myself again, and never believe that typhoid will ever last this way. Please tell me what to do cause you are the last doctor I'm writing to. I stopped taking any drugs because I tried and I found out that it weakens my body whenever I took any antibiotic.
Keriani Gaskiya
Taraba

Dear Keriani,
If your stomach is acting up with excess gas-- and the doctor called it a syndrome then maybe we are dealing with something that is difficult to delineate. A syndrome is always so called because of this --it is difficult to characterize or understand; but it is a recognized group of symptoms or challenges to health or well-being. Typhoid certainly can be the culprit. Also, chronic indigestion can do the same thing --just as the poorly understood Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). IBS means your bowel doesn’t work the right way; it can cause cramping, bloating, gas, diarrhea, and constipation, but doesn’t damage the bowel or lead to other health problems. The doctor, who will diagnose IBS based on your symptoms, may need to have medical tests done to rule out other health problems. Stress doesn’t cause IBS, but it can make your symptoms worse. Fatty foods, milk products, chocolate, alcohol, and caffeinated and carbonated drinks can trigger symptoms.
Eating foods with fiber like vegetables and fruits like pawpaw, pine apple, apple, cabbage, carrots, bananas, and eating small meals (up to 5 or 6) throughout the day may reduce symptoms. Drinking lots of water helps too. There is no medical cure for IBS but treatment for IBS may include medicine, stress relief, and changes in eating habits. You'll certainly need to see a good doctor face to face and have him investigate the IBS. Just seeing malaria parasite in the blood of anyone living in Nigeria's holoendemic area is nothing to write home about—it’s of no consequence especially if there are no accompanying symptoms of malaria

Chest Pain,Sex and Suicide

 Chest Pain,Sex and  Suicide

Good day sir,

I want to use this medium to thank you for the work you have been doing to many Nigeria and worldwide. More grease to your elbow, sir. I want to share my own problem with you and I know you can help me as well. Sir, it all started in 2005, when I was schooling. I discovered that I have been experiencing pain whenever I go to urinate. It was not all that serious because it will come and go. Not until 2008, I discover that the pain is still trigger me and by then I went to a private hospital here in Abuja and did a urine and HIV test and I was told that I have Staphylococcus and my HIV status is negative because then I do have internal heat, some time blood in my urine, body weakness hotness in my body and so on. Because of the money I was told to pay before treatment commenced which I couldn't pay I stopped the treatment then.
Sir, I was living with the pain in my body till December, 2010 and I went back to the same hospital and did another test both HIV and the result still show that I have staph and my HIV status still remain negative but sir, am afraid.
Sir, the main reason why I am writing to you this note is that, now I am having chest pain about one month plus; I did not hit my chest on anything. Although, the urinating pain is not often the reason I said it is that, sometimes I will not feel the pain like two week but any week it will come I will not feel better.
Sir, I am afraid I may have liver problem or what could be the problem that my chest is paining me?
Please give me some health tip and as well advice me on what to do because am tired of living with this pain.
Sir, tell me what is wrong with me? Also, the money I was as pay in the hospital I went to is N120,000.00 for three months treatment but I don't have such money to be sincere with you.
I will commit suicide because of this problem. Sir, I was born in 1984.
Thank you so much for your kind gesture and I believe you will treat my own case with levity.
Please Sir, reply me through this email as I will not have the opportunity to get the answer on news paper in case you want to publish it.
Yours Faithfully,
Ama from Abuja.
Dear Ama,
First, you or anyone else, for that matter, must never allow the weeds of evil, threatening and fatal thoughts in our minds—for, as a man thinks, so is he. Mind affects matter--it's a fundamental rule of existence. because everything in the real, physical world was first a thought in the mind -- you yourself; the car you ride; the house you live in and so on. So since seeds eventually turn to fruits, be careful about the seeds you plant in your mind. You WILL NOT COMMIT SUICIDE at all -- courtesy of God's goodness and this intervention; Amen. Second, I swear to you by all I learnt in medicine in 40 years (including 7 years of studentship), if you do not treat this problem and treat it correctly, IT WILL NOT GO BY ITSELF; OKAY? Three, as an adult, the earlier you learn that in life there is no free lunch, the better. Please forget those dreams of free treatment and begin an intelligent struggle to source the funds you need to get well;-- that's just the way it is. Four, we are however, pocket -friendly in our approach to curing people; so relax. Five, the disease will not kill you --it's because your imagination is in overdrive that you fear so; Six, understand that when fears, worries, anxieties and so on overwhelm the mind, there are bodily symptoms that follow suit. These bodily symptoms help the human being to go RESOLVE THE CONFLICTS. The symptoms constitute what we call psychoneuroses and they come and go. They are fear-driven; fear-engineered and fear-founded. Once you understand this the symptoms tend to go away. Your chest problems, I believe, fall into this category. Just see us and we’ll help resolve everything. Finally, this does not mean that you do not have an actual disease of the body. You do and I suspect it is Chronic Prostatitis. You did say that he problem began in school. You never mentioned a woman but the truth is that d be very surprised if it has no basis in sexual escapades which boys are notorious for. These diseases are only half-treated when as a boy you catch them and the germs go and hide in the man’s prostate; affecting him with chronic disease for many years. We will cure you. You will need to come see us for a thorough, diligent and detailed check up to confirm or deny these impressions like many do from all the ends of Nigeria – Kano; Sokoto; Calabar; Ogbomosho; Jos; Bayelsa; Port Harcourt; Abakaliki; Onitsha – even from the Camerouns, Ghana and Benin. We have sent our address to you and wills end to anyone who calls for e mails for it.

Cheers

Garri Troubles?

Sir,

Thanks for your advice on sundry issues by different people. I want to know what is responsible for somebody to be having swollen eyes after taken garri. What is effect on health, the repercussion and how can it be rectified? For now abstinence from garri is considered but for how long? Please help.
Thanks.
Denise, Delta University

Dear Denise,
Although I have never heard of this before, there must be something in the garri the sufferer is re-acting to, that is all-- it must be some allergic reaction and the sensible thing to do like you have said -- is to abstain from garri until you get to the root of the allergy with the help of an allergy doctor.Allergy specialist? Ask to see a dermatologist at your General or Specialist hospital.

Is This The End For My Hubby?

Is This The End For My Hubby?
Good day Sir,
I read about the problem of men of nowadays and my own man has the same thing. The problem he has was he is a diabetic patient. But since last year now, he cannot penetrate very well. When I asked him what causes the problem, he said is because of the diabetic he has, so he used to go to hospital and he was given drugs, but the I don't know what to do now, although, we already have three children before this problem started, but I don't like the way the thing is going. Because if we want to have fun, he will want me to do oral sex which I don't like it. Looking at the future, I want to ask whether after some time, all the problem will be solved or that is the end?
Abebi, Abeokuta

Dear Abebi,

Thank you for corroborating what we said before --I mean, there's actually an epidemic out there where men can't do. Now, if you (or anyone in this predicament) want the relationship and it's goodies to end, do nothing about it. But if you want a permanent solution, visit "www.mediamedix.blogspot.com" or email betterloverz@yahoo.com.There are available natural and proven supplements and nutraceuticals that will work wonders for you both which we can help you with if you ask. Before that, try and be more aggressive and not just passive with him, okay? I mean, you too try and stimulate him sexually.

STD Shock; Condom Breaks!!!

STD Shock; Condom Breaks!!!

Dear Doctor,
A friend of mine came to me on the 2nd of January 2013 to tell me that he slept with a prostitute and during sex, the condom he wore mistakenly got torn and he changed it immediately, he came to ask me that as the condom got torn while having sex, would he contact any S.T.D if the Prostitute had one? Dear sir, I have heard so much about you in the Newspaper and I know you would be consistent enough to answer this question...Thanks
Charlie Conders,

Calabar

Dear Charlie,
The answer you seek depends on so many factors that no one can really say. That's the bad news. Simply let him watch out over the next 6 weeks or so for any untoward signs and get himself promptly treated for any suspected trouble. This means he should assume he got infected, pure and simple --until he can prove otherwise, okay? Next time -- (and there should be none; he should go and marry!!) -- let him take the precaution of wearing two condoms!!! What' the good news? He can actually send to us for some natural products that clear STD's (suspected or actual) from the system -- Call the helplines!!!

Stubborn Staphylococcus

Stubborn Staphylococcus
Good day doc
I've been having this problem of internal heat and wormlike movement after having sex with a girl 13years ego. Though I didn't go for treatment after noticing some changes in my body, I thought it was normal as I was growing up. I was living with these symptoms for 3years before deciding to go to hospital. They ran a test and discovered it was heavy growth Staph Aureus and I was placed on Cipro-oflaxacin 500mg for 1month. I was responding to treatment but after treatment, wormlike movement, body itching and internal heat refused to go away. After then I rejected going back to hospital and started taking antibiotics of different kinds on my own. Now I'm 31 years old and still living with these symptoms of internal heat, wormlike movement around my body and body itching. What do you advice I do? No antibiotic seems to be working on me anymore.
Thanks...Terry Gaga

Dear Terry,
Your story is too typical of Staphylococcus sufferers. Yes, the problem doesn’t go away by itself. You got to get treated. Treatment is not easy – unfortunately, too many doctors are not familiar with what to do about Staphylococcus and its complications. While this bad news has been the general trend, we have been good news to those who have come to us for help. Over the years we have helped scores of people to get rid of their Staphylococcus woes. We will help you too and you will get well. That’s not a boast; it’s a guarantee. Provided you follow instructions and do as we say. Of course, it’ll also cost you some money; but not to worry; we are pocket-friendly. Just get back to us on the help lines and begin to forget your itching; worm-like movement and internal heat.

Threat of Suicide from Bedwetting

Threat of Suicide from Bedwetting
Dear Doctor,
I saw your write-up in the Sun newspaper so I decided to write you because I was moved by what I saw concerning your health advice.
Doctor, my case is why by a footballer like me, aspiring to hit it big in future is having bed wetting always. I have been seeking spiritual deliverance in so many churches, yet it hasn’t stopped and as a footballer how can I play when I am having such a big problem? You know my job requires strength and power; these I lose always with the bed-wetting. Doctor any help from you on what exactly I must do for this to stop? I have been going through trauma since 1996 till now. Is there any medical solution? Please doctor/pastor let me know before I commit suicide. I’ll be most happy to read your reply here.
Thank you and stay blessed till then
Johnjor Guregu, Aba, Abia

Dear Johnjor,

Very simply, when kids below ten struggle with enuresis and bedwetting, we attribute it to age and give them time to sort it out. It is something to do with their physical growth and development of their urinary system. Again, when adolescents in their teen years continue to bed-wet, we all should understand that there are underlying factors of psychology at play –they are struggling with some conflict or the other, maybe at school or with their peers or with whatever and we help them with deep psychological counseling and psychotherapy.
I have discovered that when adults (18 and above) like you have the problem of bed-wetting - and this problem, strange as it is, is not uncommon, the problem lies beyond the body or the physical; it lies beyond the mind or the mental; it is somewhere in the spiritual. The way to tackle such challenges is to do the physical necessary physically and psychologically but to add a heavy dose of prayer to the therapy. This we do very confidently and get results and have gotten them particularly with this condition where even urologists at the professorial level have failed. Call the helplines

Keloids, Weight Gain, Premature Ejaculation

Keloids, Weight Gain, Premature Ejaculation
Good Day Doc,
I am an ardent reader of your column in Daily Sun newspaper. I’ll be grateful if you could give me a solution to my stress and secondly please don't publish this in your column.
Firstly, do you know of any remedy 2 keloids? Secondly, I need a good drug that will enhance one's size because I am slim and need to add weight in size. Thirdly, what should one take to enhance his performance due to early ejaculation which is embarrassing because it gives one heart-ache
Friday Boniface, Kano
Dear Friday,
We need to publish whatever will help educate people and all we need to do is to secure your privacy. We do this by changing your name and location which we do for all and have done for you now. There are natural methods/products to remove keloids and such other bumps now which have been formulated by research into nature. Concerning your size, just like there are helpful natural supplements to use to lose weight without exercise, diet, starvation, or other gimmicks including bariatric surgery, there are also natural things to use to gain weight legitimately and without complications or side-effects. These are not drugs like Dexacortin or other such harmful substances and can be sourced very simply from professional and nature-cure nutritionists. In the same manner, it is possible to treat your premature ejaculation so that you forget you ever had it. If you take a lot of cucumber, for example, you will notice a difference in your ability to last on the bed. This is just one of the many ways we can help you get rid of the problem. If you call the helplines we will help you further and all your stress will be gone.

Psychiatric or Psychological; What to do?

Psychiatric or Psychological; What to do?

Dear Dr. Bibbi
I have been reading your column on the newspaper and it is indeed very interesting the way you answer and also solve some people problems. I am 32 year of age. I have my own health problem that has been disturbing me for about four years now but could not get solution to it. Sometime in 2009 I fall ill the type of the sickness is that, I started having some difficulty in sleeping which lasted for some weeks. My head became so heavy my concentration became very poor, my body trembles also all my muscles seems to contract involuntarily especially my legs. I could not rest generally in fact it is almost impossible for me to explain exactly how I feel.
I went to see a doctor in a general hospital in Jos. After conducting some test he came up with a result. The result he says was anxiety neurosis. Which he gave me some drugs to take and see him in two weeks actually when I used the drugs I felt better. When I graduated from school, I was posted to Abuja in year 2010 since then I have been suffering from this problem on and off. I went to hospitals any time I have this problem, but I am sorry to say most of the doctors do not listen to my complaints they only quickly write drug for me to go and buy. And I learnt that such drugs are prescription drugs and could be habit forming drugs. I decided not to take any drugs again unless I get somebody who will attend to me very well. Doctor, could this be a psychiatric or psychological case? What do you suggest that I should do? Could you please direct me to a specialist who could handle this problem well? This problem is seriously making my life very, very uncomfortable. It seems like I easily get angry. That is unlike me. I am running out of patience; please help me. Right now that I am writing this message I am feeling so terrible everything seems to me irritating. I am currently staying in Abuja. Please reply me soonest. Thank you.
Leroy Atakame, Delta
Dear Leroy,
Ask to see a psychiatrist. Be very plain with him. Tell all. He’ll help you immensely. A neurosis affects your moods; a psychosis affects your reality and personality - like your anger. A psychiatrist is best. A clinical psychologist next but these are even more rare. A very astute physician or an excellent doctor is the very least. They’ll help you. If you need us, we’ll sort you out, too. Call the help-lines-- 2348028240983; 2348033466574;2348057441699; 2348093142261
