Is it normal for a man who has not known any woman to be having wet-
dreams? That is, after having dreamt of seeing a woman (either naked or
not) and in the process, through an instinct; his body releases watery
substance (sperm). How normal or abnormal is it? When he now want to
relate with his wife can this affect the release of sperm having
experience wet-dreams before? How true is it that one should meet his
wife 15 days after her period? What happens if one does so before or
after the completion of 15 days? What method does a man who did not
have initial experience with any woman apply when meeting his wife for
the first time? Or how does he go about it having no experience with a
woman before?

Wet dreams are very common among adolescent(teenage) and young adult
males but can happen to any male at any age. They are of two major
types--the normal and the abnormal. The first is normal wet dreaming.
Again, this normal type has two categories. The first category of
normal happens once in a while and is because the system keeps
producing millions of sperm cells which are not used up in a male that
is not sexually active. Just like a woman menstruates every month when
she is not gotten pregnant so also does a man who is not sexually
active release an accumulation of sperm cells via wet dreams once in a
while. This is a normal thing. The second category of normal is when a
man stimulates himself --through over concentration in his mind or with
his eyes or thoughts on the opposite sex. This will cause a normal
excitement of his system which will result in wet dreams more often
than the first category. We can see and understand that this type is
psychological.
There are two types of abnormal wet dreaming. The first is physical
only. It happens because the man has a disease called Chronic
Prostatitis.This wet dreaming is frequent and many times, vivid--the
man sees himself actually having sex in the dream and releasing semen
as a result. Or he may not really have the sex but just be in
preparation to. Chronic Prostatitis has other clinical features --
discharge from the prostate without any sexual stimulation; back ache
and or other varieties and types of pain in the pelvis--things moving
in the organ; painful penis scrotum, testes; groin; pudendum(underneath
the genitals), anus etc etc; sexual inadequacy of all types --
especially premature ejaculation that was not present before; frequency
of urination and so on. Again, there may be no symptoms or signs at
all. It is diagnosed by carefully seeking germs and an appropriate
immune reaction in either the urine and/or the semen or the prostatic fluid
-- sometimes after the patient has voided urine. Many germs can cause
prostatitis -- some of them are E. Coli; Staphylococccus; Candida;
trichomoniasis, viruses--among the non-sexually transmitted ones and
gonorrhea and chlamydia among the sexually transmitted.
The second type of abnormal wet dreaming, I am afraid, is spiritual
more than physical. Here, a man has a sexual encounter with a lady and
three or four things begin to happen from the time he had the
encounter. a) Sexual Inadequacy of various types descend on him--
premature ejaculation, only one round, weak erection and so on. b)He
begins to have wet dreams c)In these wet dreams the particular girl or
lady he had the index sexual encounter with becomes very prominent--as
in he either begins to see her or her cohorts in the dreams more
frequently or the location or elements of his encounter with her
continue to plague him either in the dreams or in the mind and d) He
often also has a Chronic prostatitis --which may or may not have any
symptoms. This category of men usually receive treatment for Chronic
Prostatitis over and over again but either never get well or never get
well fully or get well now but fall ill later(usually after another
bout of this their wet dreaming--but he may not know, poor man!!). They
may also notice they have dwindling financial fortunes and difficulty
making babies and or progress in other ways.
The remedy is to see a doctor/urologist who also understands the link
between the physical, the mental and the spirirtual and like you can
discern from this answer we have helped many folks tackle this very

Inexperience with sex before marriage is not a bad thing if the man is

course the wife, too, may not know too much so we are definitely not advocating
that you wait take lectures from your wife.
It is very bad if a man will behave like someone I met recently who was
suffering from premature ejaculation dating back to since he began
having sex--a well to do, educated man who asked me -- what is
premature ejaculation? It transpired that he did not know; was guilty
of it and all he did during sex with wife or girl-friends was just

stopped communicating. Well, my question is, is there any thing to stop
menstrual pain permanently because it is really disturbing me?. Doctor,

Dear Lilian,
Menstrual pain is of 2 types --the primary and the secondary. If you always
had menstrual pain all your life --ever since you began to menstruate, we call
that Primary Dysmenorrhea.
Secondary Dysmenorrhea began only recently in the life of the lady sufferer --
she did not use to have the pain before.It just started in recent months. It
is called Secondary because it is actually secondary to certain problems or
conditions or disease that has only just recently overtaken the lady.Three of such
conditions are P I D--Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, Endometriosis and Fibroids.
The commonest cause in Nigeria is P I D. PID has to be diagnosed and treated
properly if it will not cause Secondary Infertility. When and if the underlying
cause of Secondary Dysmenorrhea is treated, it disappears--and that is all.
Primary Dysmenorrhea is a different kettle of fish and happens usually to
ladies whose internal passage (the cervix --not the vagina now) where the mens--
trual fluid will pass from the womb to the outside --to the upper vagina -- is too narrow or under--
developed -- a condition known as Cervical Hypoplasia. They get permanent relief
after they deliver their first baby through the cervix (Spontaneous Vaginal
Delivery--in contradistinction to Caeserian Section where the baby does not
pass through the cervix. Note that I said they will get relief after normal
delivery-- I did not say they will get relief after sex--these are 2 different
things. It is not the sex that is needed but the delivery which helps to widen
the hypoplastic(small, underdeveloped and narrow cervix, not vagina). The vagina is where
the penis stays during sex. But beyond the vagina in any normal lady is the cervix--located at
the top end of the vagina. This cervix is the gateway into the womb or uterus.
Before delivery of babies, however our lady sufferer will have to use pain
killers to stop menstrual pain. Ordinary aspirin will help. So will Alabukun,
paracetamol, Panadol or Cafenol.The best drugs to use, however are the
Non-Steroidal Anti- Inflammatory drugs or NSAIDS. They block the action of
the Prostaglandins which are the real culprit behind the pain of Primary
Dysmenorrhea. NSAIDS must never be taken on an empty stomach just like
aspirin,Alabukun and Cafenol but must be taken with milk.
4 other things will help. a)Warm water bottle applied to the belly, b)Exercise or activity--not
bed rest which will worsen the pain, c)massage of the pelvis, waist and back, d)Contraceptive
pills or injections.
Use these; see how they help and send me feedback.
Your rashes must be seen to be properly diagnosed--no way I can begin to guess
what they are unless I see you face to face --or maybe photos of the rashes; okay?

What you describe sounds like cancer-- classically, there is anorexia, anemia and cachexia.-- that is, loss of appetite; less than enough blood, and weight loss. Very likely, he stepped on (spiritual) poison. Get water. Pray Psalms 51 to 64 into it seven times. And from then, pray the same once daily into the water. Let him use the water always -- to dress the wound; wash it and so on and so forth. Add more water as it diminishes with use. Begin to use honey to dress the wound. Get the priest to pray for him. Fast 3 days a week for his life. Take him for deliverance --but do not stop his medications. I repeat -- do not, because you are praying abandon medical help. Use his drugs for him; okay? Good day Doc,

To be frank,l was short of words.l found it so hard to believe that such disease do exist in nigeria not to talk of a young girl like me having it. l couldn't help but started crying. Your question is very relevant because you find a lot of folks with the same concern--boils, pimples, bumps or some hard nodules or papules near, at or on their genitals. What could it be?
The best approach is to ask yourself the question--what is the origin? Did it just begin or has it been coming and going for a long time? If it began a long while ago, how did it start--just after sex with a particular person--or what?
Because --here is the first major distinction that will give you peace of mind--if it is a question of no sexual contact at all then it is very likely to be nothing to write home about . General, non sex related causes of boils are bad hygiene and diabetes as well as kidney infection and generally lowered immunity.
Then talking non sexually again you must understand that the genitals, like the armpits, the face the buttocks and some other parts of the body where skin lies on skin and there is likely to be friction contain a lot of oily glands; sweat glands and so on and are prone to have these boils--yes they are just ordinary boils--naturally.
It is nothing to worry about. The hair follicle could get infected because the hair has grown inside on its itself --called ingrown hair follicle. It could also be a cyst --these ones tend to extrude some whitish or liquid stuff when pressed. They are inconsequential. Incidentally these boils are all likely to be caused by the ubiquitous germ --ever p[resent on the skin well known and referred to as Staphylococcus aureus--harmless really unless it gets deep into tissues like the prostate, brain, inner lining of the heart or lungs or causes food poisoning.
Having said this I must warn that you always need to see a doctor to actually look see any skin problem because to assume could be deadly. Particularly if there is a recent history of sexual exposure you will need to rule out things like syphilitic chancre, genital warts, herpes and molluscum contagiosum; and Behcet's Syndrome and so on and so forth. These sexually transmitted or sexually associated conditions need to be thoroughly assessed by doctors trained to do so.
If you stay in a capital or city or University town, your best bet is to go and see a dermatologist at the University teaching hospital or Federal Medical Centre or even the General Hospital.There you will find dermatological evaluation which, really is the best for you

Infertility has nothing to do with masturbation -- believe me. Medically there is absolutely no correlation; okay? But why any married person would also be masturbating-- well I don't understand. Imagine a married woman masturbating!! Imagine a married man leaving his willing and waiting wife, entering into some hole or corner of the house like Saddam--and firing off all alone.
