Before I Commit a Blunder!

Before I Commit a Blunder!!

Dear Doctor,
I'm 20, I met a girl last year April. She left high school 3yrs ago exactly when I finished sec.sch. I don't actually know her age because I've not asked her but I guess she will not be more than 2yrs older or younger than I but she looked really matured. last 3 months I sent her a non specific text for a relationship she did not reply instead she send me prayer texts .which I replied. one day she sent her friend to get N500 from me but I did not show up. she continue sending me prayers even when I reply with romantic ones till she traveled to the village 4 the Christmas; one week after her return from the village she is been sending me romantic texts which I reply. now I want to know if she truly want a romantic relationship or sister-brother relationship? I don't mean to disturb u with all these but just that I really want to know the type of relationship she wants before I spoil a good relationship that will make her not feel safe or at ease in my company.
thanks
from your fan in Abeokuta
P.S.I need your reply urgently. I have not taken her out for one day

Dear Abeokuta fan,
Ur mistake? What a man sows, he will reap. U sent a non-specific text and what do u get? A non-specific answer!!!!
And since you have not gone beyond  your  insipid insecure and timid texts that really say nothing, this girl has continued her game. What to do? Be bold and specific while u are humorous and confident -- even cocky!! Your lack of confidence shows- she sends romantic texts and you are still hesitant... well, a woman wants a real man that can lead her -- not the one she will control-- although she will try to control you -- the truth is she does not want you to be a man who is no man but one she can respect for your manliness-- as shown by your confidence that can be so much in control that you are relaxed and even humorous--as well as generous -- which you were not!! What women want from men? You can send for further help by e mail to docmarrylove@yahoo.com  using the title -"www" -- what women want and I'll be glad to help you -- too many men are so timid and the poor girls are all pining away, waiting for them; so we'll be glad to help. What women want? Tough -- and tender!!

Fluid In My Breasts; Help!!

Fluid In My Breasts; Help!!

Dear Doctor,
I've been a regular reader of your column.I had always wanted to share my problem too but thought you were going to publish my details. Please kindly do me a favour by not publishing my real details. I'm a young lady of 24 years and a virgin at that. I notice that if I press my breast water comes out of it; more from my right breast but not always from my left breast. I don't know what it means.I once spoke with a lady who is also in the medical field and she said there is nothing wrong that it is just my own nature.
Please how true is this? I tasted it, its just salty like tears. There is no lump in my breast.
Please is it just my nature or something else? Doctor, please do not publish my e-mail address. I just need you to reply me via e-mail.Thank you
Barbara, Bayelsa

Dear Barbara,
Fluid from the breasts herald hyperprolactinemia, a condition, an imbalance of hormones, fortunately curable by medications but which disturbs women from getting pregnant easily. See a good doctor/gynecologist quickly. Cheers

Blocked Nose, Sneezing; Surgery

Blocked Nose, Sneezing; Surgery

Hi doc,
My name is Pampas. My brother has been having blocked nostrils, sneezing and catarrh 4 ages. He is just 19yrs and finds it difficult sleeping because of it. The last ENT surgeon he met suggested surgery. What do you think he can take without undergoing surgery?
Pampas, PH

Dear Pamapas,
Doctors and surgeons do tend to recommend surgery for Chronic Sinusitis which, very likely, is what your dear brother suffers. Dry ginger sprinkled into his every meal for the next 6 months, very likely, will cure -- yes totally cure--his sinus. Give us feedback, please.
Cheers

We Have Syphilis!!!

We Have Syphilis!!!

Q: May God continue to protect you and your family. Last year some very little lumps appear on my penis and my buttocks too; very close to my anus and was itching me seriously. A doctor asked me to go for a VDRL test. The result was STRONGLY REACTIVE. Dr, please assist me as the antibiotics like Retarpen injection, Zithromax and Leflox only give  me some relief. The lumps come at d base of my penis now and disappear after 4 to 5 days. Sir it started after I had unprotected sex with a lady. Send the reply in my e mail. Sir I don't  want it published

A:There about half a dozen things you need to know.
1. STD’s are linked -- where you find one look for others 2.You are likely to be suffering from not only Syphilis as correctly diagnosed by a positive VDRL, there are likely, other STD's bothering you.
3. I suspect that Herpes is one of them --it's rashes come and go, you see-- and there is no medical cure
4.On the phone you told me you were married and your wife is also VDRL positive-- apparently you infected her-- know this -- herpes in women mean they MUST deliver by Caesarean Section when pregnant, reason being that, the baby is at risk of being blinded from the disease that it will get if born par vaginam (normally).
5. For the sake of yourself, wife and unborn babies, please do not find any inconvenience of material, body or finance too much to get yourself totally cured. Syphilis also can blinden, deafen, deform babies, I hope you know? You need to see us or a very competent doctor/venereologist, please.
6. HIV/AIDS is an STD. I certainly hope you have both been tested?
7. We counsel with people and pray with you also-- should there be issues beyond the ordinary involved in your case. Call the helplines. --08093142261;08057441699;08028240983;08033466574

What is the Matter With Me?

What is the Matter With Me?
Good day, Doc
Since early last year, I have been having a sort of hotness inside my body. It was a time I had malaria and typhoid. I got both treated completely. It still persisted, but then my saliva was sticky & my tongue is white [till now]. I also feel dizzy very often. My confirmatory HIV test is negative. Moreover, my body temperature always reads normal but I suffer weight loss. Above all, I eat well and rest well. I am confused. I will be glad if you reply this to my email box. Thanks
Samson from Isolo, Lagos

Dear Samson,
The matter with you? I cannot tell until I see you p
ersonally, but I can guess at a number of ailments that can cause what you complain about. You eliminated HIV?AIDS yourself, but other causes can be ordinary worms or Helminthiasis (a heavy load), Tuberculosis, Diabetes, severe Anxiety Neurosis( or worry), Cancer, Thyrotoxicosis and of course, Unexplained Weight Loss -- (maybe spiritually inflicted?). You will need proper attention by a competent doctor. Please go ahead and get treated,

Heart Attack?

Heart Attack?
Dear Doctor,
My name is Tony --- and  I am 29yrs old. Anytime time I have a deep thought, I kind of feel pain in my chest and left arm, what could be the problem sir and how do I solve it? Kindly reply sir. Thanks.
Thinking Tony, Taraba

Dear Thinking Tony,
It's a heart attack you're very likely having -- and it is from emotional heart- break-- the deep thought you talk about is a source of emotional strain to your heart and it causes a minor heart-attack each time you contemplate it. A heart attack is really a short period when oxygen in less than enough quantities gets to the muscle of the heart. This is called ischemia and this ischemia causes pain in the heart muscle. This usually radiates or refers down the left chest/upper arms shoulder or upper chest. It can also affect the whole of the chest as well as the right side. See a good doctor/cardiologist for a proper check up and treatment. Go for psychological counseling to help end the pain of that particular thought or memory. Heart attacks kill.

Unknown Condition

Unknown Condition
Dr Caleb,
Good day, Sir. I am Yitzhak Ali Ibn Malik. I am 35yrs, I must commend you on your efforts in helping people through their problems both medical and spiritual. May God bless you abundantly.Doc, I don’t know what's wrong with me for close to 3yrs now, I have been having pimples on my face, arms and some other parts of my body. They just appear, within a week they go and appear somewhere else again. I also have itchy scalp and other parts of my body sometimes, coupled with a burning sensation on my lips and under my feet that comes and goes. I am also losing weight. I try to eat as much as possible but don't gain much. I sometimes feel pains in my knees and elbows. I don’t know if this is depression of some sort. I am scared of testing for HIV because I really don’t know what the outcome might be. Please doctor, kindly explain to me what could be the cause of all this, and what I should do, I will also like to find out the symptoms of HIV and if they all appear at once or singly. I will be a waiting your reply soonest. Thank you Sir and God bless you
Dear Yitzhak,
Yes. Because, in your question you mention spiritual and medical by yourself I want to say we help to sort people out from an understanding and thorough training in not just the physical orthodox and medical, but also the mental, psychological and social, not to forget the spiritual, private and personal. Man is tri-partite--body, soul and spirit. You will understand that the physical is conscious; the psychological is sub-conscious and the spiritual is unconscious and accesses us through dreams and intuition/hunches. Apart from the simply physical, to a physician like us, trained properly in all these areas of life, we have to account for your psychological depression and your fear which is a spiritual thing-- these are signals that what you are experiencing may well be beyond ordinary physical treatment alone. What we can tell you is this, you will get well if you follow our guidance, instruction and prescription. Physically, we will encourage you to go do your HIV tests. No, we do not suspect HIV but know you do and understand that in any war it is better psychologically for you to know what you are fighting. HIV symptoms can appear in whatever combination and include skin rashes that won’t heal, weakness from lack of enough blood or anemia, weight loss, thrush/ sore throat/ mouth sores that refuse to heal, diarrhea, fever that is unrelenting, swollen glands, joint and muscle pains. Whatever or whichever symptoms you do or do not have, remember that ONLY THE HIV TEST CAN TELL. Psychologically, we are going to counsel you and get to the root of your depression. Spiritually, we will teach you to pray (any and every religion-friendly) to God your Creator who will have mercy on you. You will soon be so well sorted out you will wonder if your illness was not just a dream. Just call the help-lines/send us an e mail or text. You can also visit www.mediamedix.blogspot.com
