Please Sir, I want you to help my finance. He has problem with his organ. He's my soul mate; the person I have choose to spend the rest of my life with. He has also told me then that he realized he was always happy when he was with me. After some time, he stopped calling me, he stopped visiting as frequently as before. He now visits once in sometimes 3 months, 6 months. He send text messages once in two, three months. I now only reply his text messages but have stopped calling him because I do not want him to believe I am forcing myself on him even though I love him. He has told me long before now that if I want to visit him in his house, I should call to confirm that he is in. The urine of the test mice contained concentrations of tobacco carcinogens similar to those of children who have breathed second-hand smoke for prolonged periods of time. You breathe second-hand smoke when you spend time around people who are smoking. Exposure to third-hand smoke occurs when you spend time in an area previously inhabited by smokers who are not there now. The cancer-causing chemicals from the smoke adhere to the walls, ceilings, floors, carpeting and upholstery, and remain there to waft through the air for many years, long after the smokers are gone.Third-hand smoke is also carried on clothing worn by smokers, so they take it everywhere they go even when they are not smoking. Third-hand smoke can be just as damaging as second-hand smoke. Smoking parents who do not smoke around their children still have children who are: • absent from school 40 percent more days than children who do not live with smokers (Pediatrics, September 2011), • readmitted far more often to hospitals for asthma attacks, • at increased risk for diseases that damage nerves, and • at increased risk for other smoking-related diseases many years after they have moved away from their parents who smoked". All these findings about third-hand, not even second or first hand smoke(which causes lung cancer among at least ten other cancers for sure), teach us to run away from tobacco. It all started three year ago when she was still dating someone else.The dating continued until she later found out that they were not compatible. So she left him unknown to her that she was pregnant. Too many young men have gotten into trouble with diseases like Urethral Stricture --a bad complication of gonorrhea-- precisely because of this. Look, if you get an STD or just suspect it; if you must avoid life-shaking and very negative complications that follow the less-than adequate handling of the challenge, then you must face it squarely ; sit up and make sure you get properly treated. Chronic Prostatitis, for example has been theorized to be the consequence of half treated; badly treated gonorrhea. The youngster is ashamed of himself; cannot tell mama or papa and of course, has not enough money to see a proper doctor --so he goes and takes some worthless injections from some chemist or quack-- only to discover that impotence; sexual weakness; sexual dysfunction; discharging penis and only one round comes to complicate the problem. Why? The ailment did not get proper attention. The girl? She also refuses to tell anybody responsible -- till all her tubes are eaten up by the disease and she has become infertile. Gonorrhea? For males you have quite a number of pointers -- things to watch out for. The causative organism, called Neisseria gonorrhea, can infect the throat, producing a severe sore throat (gonococcal pharyngitis). Infection of the urethra may cause urethritis with burning, painful urination, and a discharge. It may also infect the anus and rectum, producing a condition called proctitis. In addition, the organism may spread from the urethra to other portions of the reproductive tract producing epididymitis (infection of the epididymis, a structure attached to the testicle), prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate gland), and various other conditions such as periurethral abscess (a collection of pus around the urethra). Untreated gonorrhea may lead to urethral stricture (narrowing of the urethra caused by scarring), which can result in decreased urine flow, incomplete emptying of the bladder, urinary tract infection and ultimately kidney failure. The average incubation for gonorrhea is approximately 2 to 5 days following sexual contact with an infected partner. However, symptoms may appear as late as 2 weeks. The most common initial symptom is a discharge from the urethra that is either mucus-like (clear or whitish discharge) or purulent (thick, yellowish, pus-like discharge). It appears at the opening of the penis and may stain the underwear. Other initial symptoms include painful urination and urethral burning. A small number of men will be without symptoms (asymptomatic). Painful, hot or peppery discomforting urination, discharge from the pipe or urethra. In females --it usually takes time before the lady knows but she may have--waist pain; increased discharge;pain with menses; pain with sex --and so on. Worst of all, it is likely to block a woman's tubes, causing infertility. Your best bet is to go and see a doctor who will treat t both of you; okay? I presume you mean you are losing weight. If you were seeing me as your doctor I would be thinking -- yes -- of Severe Worm infestation among other serious conditions some of which I will list here as needing investigation to make sure you are free from them. But no-- I will not worry about anemia -- or lack of enough blood although it is true that our people have a wrong notion that loss of weight must somehow be due to lack of enough blood. Anemia does not lead to weight loss. In Tuberculosis, the germ Mycobacterium tuberculosis eats up or consumes the patient literally -- that is why the disease is also referred to as consumption. And in HIV/ AIDS everyone also knows that the disease causes weight loss-- it is also called Slim. Diabetes Mellitus -- the type 1 or juvenile onset type definitely causes loss of weight as does Thyrotoxicosis -- a disease of the thyroid whose other name is goitre -- in which the very high metabolic rate from excess thyroid hormone produced by the goitrous thyroid gland causes the patient to lose weight. Another five conditions to make sure I rule out would be Anorexia nervosa -here the patient hardly eats anything; Malabsorption Syndrome- the very bulky and smelly stools the patient produces would give this away, and Cancer or malignancy -- here the patient manifests the three general features of any cancer-- a) anorexia- loss of appetite; cachexia--loss of weight and anemia--lack of enough blood. Severe anxiety neurosis-- psycological stress? and Idiopathic -- no reason can be found-- perhaps spiritual? - these are the last two conditions to consider.
