I NEED YOUR HELP WITH STD

I NEED YOUR HELP WITH STD Doc, I'm writing you about my girlfriend I met four months back and the predicament facing both of us. It all started three year ago when she was still dating someone else. The dating continued until she later found out that they were not compatible. So she left him unknown to her that she was pregnant. She got to know much later and related the message to her mum who was not happy with her.It so happened that there was a misunderstanding on ground between her mum and some family members because of her before she got pregnant. In order to avert the shame and disgrace that will be result if the pregnancy persisted, she opted for an abortion.Shortly after the abortion, she began having strange feelings and things like itching around the private part, secretion of white substance from the vagina, menstruating twice a month(i don't mean two days)and pains when urinating. She used so many drugs to no avail.Although the white secretion has stopped, the menstruation is not normal(though it has reduced to once a month), itching and pains while urinating still persists. A friend of hers told her she was suffering from GONORRHEA and since then she has been very restless.I have also made love to her without knowing all these until she revealed it to me on the 18th of March 2013.As it is Doc, I'm at the risk of contracting this disease because I made unprotected love to her. Pls Doc, I want u to tell me if these symptoms represent the STD mentioned and if it does, pls i want you to give your candid advice and prescribe any curative drugs that can be administered. Thanks Doc and please I need a speedy response to this question. You can publish this if you like but don't disclose my identity or my mail address.Counting on you. Christopher; Warri; Delta Dear Christopher, First Lesson: You cannot -- should not --must not try to treat STD the way you're looking to. STD's are deadly. Handle with care. This goes for everyone - Once you suspect STD-- go see a doctor--please!!! Too many young men have gotten into trouble with diseases like Urethral Stricture --a bad complication of gonorrhea-- precisely because of this. Look, if you get an STD or just suspect it; if you must avoid life-shaking and very negative complications that follow the less-than adequate handling of the challenge, then you must face it squarely ; sit up and make sure you get properly treated. Chronic Prostatitis, for example has been theorized to be the consequence of half treated; badly treated gonorrhea. The youngster is ashamed of himself; cannot tell mama or papa and of course, has not enough money to see a proper doctor --so he goes and takes some worthless injections from some chemist or quack-- only to discover that impotence; sexual weakness; sexual dysfunction; discharging penis and only one round comes to complicate the problem. Why? The ailment did not get proper attention. The girl? She also refuses to tell anybody responsible -- till all her tubes are eaten up by the disease and she has become infertile. May God help us!!!! I can't help you -- at all -- by mail. Go see a good doctor/gynecologist and let your fiance be properly assessed and treated-- else she may never be able to carry her own baby. Gonorrhea? For males you have quite a number of pointers -- things to watch out for. The causative organism, called Neisseria gonorrhea, can infect the throat, producing a severe sore throat (gonococcal pharyngitis). Infection of the urethra may cause urethritis with burning, painful urination, and a discharge. It may also infect the anus and rectum, producing a condition called proctitis. In addition, the organism may spread from the urethra to other portions of the reproductive tract producing epididymitis (infection of the epididymis, a structure attached to the testicle), prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate gland), and various other conditions such as periurethral abscess (a collection of pus around the urethra). Untreated gonorrhea may lead to urethral stricture (narrowing of the urethra caused by scarring), which can result in decreased urine flow, incomplete emptying of the bladder, urinary tract infection and ultimately kidney failure. The average incubation for gonorrhea is approximately 2 to 5 days following sexual contact with an infected partner. However, symptoms may appear as late as 2 weeks. The most common initial symptom is a discharge from the urethra that is either mucus-like (clear or whitish discharge) or purulent (thick, yellowish, pus-like discharge). It appears at the opening of the penis and may stain the underwear. Other initial symptoms include painful urination and urethral burning. A small number of men will be without symptoms (asymptomatic). Painful, hot or peppery discomforting urination, discharge from the pipe or urethra. In females --it usually takes time before the lady knows but she may have--waist pain; increased discharge;pain with menses; pain with sex --and so on. Worst of all, it is likely to block a woman's tubes, causing infertility. Your best bet is to go and see a doctor who will treat t both of you; okay? Prescription by mail is not appropriate for such a serious condition. Cheers
