How Fertile Am I?

How Fertile Am I? Dear Doctor, I have undergone several several semen analyses, and each time, it has indicated low sperm count and poor motility. The semen is however drawy.I then had a hormonal analysis, which suggested that I have increased prolactin, and decreased testosterone. Could you please let me know what is responsible for this, and what drugs could be used to correct it? While I appreciate that it may not be possible for you to personally reply to every mail that you receive, I will nonetheless appreciate if you could oblige me with a personal reply. Many thanks, JKO, Ugep, Cross River Dear JKO, You do not give your age or circumstance: Are you married? Trying for a baby?hormonal imbalance is usually the hidden factor to look for in infertility and sexual inadequacy--the doctor has not properly investigated you who has not made sure your hormones are all correct --if you are looking for a baby or are having sexual frustrations or difficulties. And that statement is true for both males and females--absolutely no difference. The relevant hormones to check out in infertility treatment in the female are a) Prolactin which helps her to produce milk for breastfeeding a baby; b)FSH or Follicle Stimulating Hormone--which helps the ovary produce eggs for fertilization,; c)Leuteinizing hormone --which helps the ovary to produce progesterone that establishes the pregnancy and d)Progesterone-- without a sufficient amount of which a woman cannot get pregnant. The same hormones are tested in the male --except for this difference--that Testosterone instead of Progesterone is tested. Now, testosterone is a very important hormone in the male helping to make a man a man --as in high libido, sexual aggressiveness and assertiveness--in short-- male virility. Prolactin,if whether in the male or the female means decreased libido and reduced fertility. For because --think about it -- it is telling the female's (and male too) system that she needs no baby since she is (equivalent to) breastfeeding a baby with her high prolactin levels. The biggest thing, however is that your hormonal imbalances are treatable-- by a doctor of course, who understands it --and you yourself will testify that very few do. Else it would not take so long to get your hormones checked since your semen analyses were always awry. You need to let an expert do it. I'm sure you do see that by now? The issues involved are intricate so understand that any doctor wanting to help you he'll need need to see u first -- absolutely non negotiable and you'll need to go see him with all your results .And its only then you'll know how much it'll cost. But it won't be cheap----Soup wey sweet; na money kill am. However, remember that most doctors treating infertility understand the pressure on the pocket and ensure treatment is pocket -friendly. If you want to see us we have sent you details--by God's grace you won't fail this time --if indeed (and it seems very likely) you are looking for a baby. Don't waste time and money any further.
