My name is Selina. First I appreciate your effort thus
far in reaching out to people and their problems.
I had ectopic pregnancy in 1995 that caused one of my
fallopian tubes to be removed through surgery. I`got
married to the same man in 2005. Since then I have been
trying to get pregnant without success. Also, I have been
to a hospital where a gynecologist cleaned/washed my
stomach (HT), still no pregnancy took place. Sometimes
also, I do eat and have sex in the dream. And as I send
this email, I feel as if ants are crawling inside my body,
the same thing with my husband. I have taken worm drugs and
fungal tablets; the movement subsided for some days and
started again.
Concerning the issue of pregnancy, I have taken a bottle of

questions are these: Can I go for IVF and succeed? If the
answer is 'yes', where can I get the specialist to
do it? Or do you have any other way to assist me get a baby?
Please doctor, my in-laws are on my neck; if I keep

But to actualize this, we need to work very, very, very hard.
First we need to consider 3 levels, not just one.

What's Amiss?
What's Amiss?
Good morning sir,
While thanking God for the help He has been using you to give to people, I want to use this medium to seek your help, For some months now I've been having some kind of my stomach and chest and most often parts of my body and head.Initially I thought it was ulcer and i went to the hospital and did occult blood test and it was negative. I've taken some medications as was prescribed by doctors but the efficacy of all medications taken had proven abortive.I also notice that i yawn at random whether or not I've eaten and right from when i did tooth extraction,there's been so much saliva in my mouth each time I'm asleep.Please could this be a bacterial infection?if yes what do i do cos I'm tired of going to the hospital and all they tell me is fever ,malaria.What also could possibly be the cause of a young boy who has never had sex, ejaculating always.each time I complain this to people all they tell me is you need to have sex but i think that is not the problem. It's impossible to say what the matter is -- without a thorough interview, examination and lab tests. You need to see a a urologist/good doctor to sort you out. If I were to treat you, I'd start from the "ejaculating always". That sounds like wet dreams or frequent night emissions -- a prominent symptom of Chronic Prostatitis. To many this is what is called or suspected to be "Staphylococcus" --especially with the "hot/burning sensation" in the head and other parts of the body. The prostate, in men, controls sex, ejaculation, urination and it's health affects sperm count. It is a tricky organ to treat when chronically infected and affects negatively some or all the above functions but can and has been treated successfully by us among other professionals. Bottom line is-- we need to see. Apart from CPR, there may be other diagnoses --like "Somatisation Syndrome"( free details available by e mail to me or on website, "www.mediamedix.blogspot.com") but rest assured you can and will get well if you follow instructions and prescription, okay?

Save My Marriage
Am I Selfish? Save My Marriage!
Doc Sir,
I love my wife so much. My problem with her is that without licking her vagina before sex she doesn't enjoy it and she always accused me of being selfish because without the latter she would not reach her apex. Her vagina is so tight that is I must do it (lick her vagina) to enable her enjoy it. What is the adverse effect of this action to me health wise and what do you recommend? Secondly, I am in my early Fifties and I hardly spent thirty seconds before releasing sperm which is another problem threatening my home. Listen. You have done nothing right once you release within 30 seconds! That is a major disaster and prime cause of this crisis. Yeah I know --it is not your fault --as in you want it to last longer, but cannot do so and do not know how to-- I understand. But, that is a major cause of the challenge because your woman needs you to last and last and last till she reaches her apex-- that is the way a woman is made, you see --and that is where your problem lies. Prostate infections are extremely difficult to diagnose and treat because many doctors do not order the right tests and even when they make the correct diagnosis, they often fail to treat the condition long enough or they fail to treat infected partners.
SYMPTOMS: Chronic prostatitis is characterized by a feeling of having to urinate all the time, discomfort during urination, terrible discomfort when the bladder is full and having to get up many time each night to urinate. Benign prostatic hypertrophy or large prostate causes difficulty starting stream and dribbling. Prostate cancer rarely causes burning on urination or urgency.
TESTS: Total and free PSA blood test to screen for cancer, check your prostate and sometimes order a sonogram of the prostate. If I am suspicious of a prostate cancer, I will refer you to a urologist for further evaluation. Your doctor can order a urinalysis and urine culture. If abnormal, your doctor will treat a urinary tract infection, but it is usually normal. Then, your doctor may do a special swab for chlamydia and gonorrhea and request a semen culture. No test is available for practicing physicians to diagnose mycoplasma or ureaplasma and the test for chlamydia is not dependable. The only dependable test for prostate infection is for your doctor to massage your prostate to collect secretions and immediately check your secretions for white blood cells. If a) he sees more than 5 white blood cells in your secretions under the microscope, or b) the white blood cells are clumped together; or c) your urine has a positive leukocyte esterase or nitrite test and your urine culture and semen do not grow a germ, the odds are overwhelming that you are infected with chlamydia, mycoplasma or ureaplasma or something else that cannot be diagnosed.
Failure to see white blood cells in your secretions does not rule out a prostate infection. Most urologists do not order semen cultures because they claim that they are always contaminated with germs from the skin. Recent studies from Cornell and Mexico City show that they are wrong (2,3). Most men collect semen cultures from the vagina or mouth which always is contaminated. If the patient is asked to shower and clean himself with soap and water, then collect the specimen with his hands and then let it squirt into the culture jar without touching it, the culture is very dependable (2).

So most men have to take appropriate antibiotics for many months and their partners have to take the same antibiotics for a much shorter duration. I often prescribe a quinolone antibiotic called Tequin for several months, or a combination of Tequin and doxycycline. If you do not feel much better by six weeks, you may need to ejaculate frequently or find a kind urologist who will agree to massage your prostate at least once a week while you take the antibiotics. UCLA researchers report that 40 percent were cured, 20 percent were initially cured and then had a recurrence perhaps because the partner was not treated, 21 percent were improved and only 21 percent had no improvement. All the men who had bacteria in their semen cultures produced sterile specimens after treatment (1). However, treatment of prostatitis with long-term antibiotics is controversial and not accepted by many doctors; discuss this with your doctor.
