Systemic Fungal Infection

Dear Dr,
I am a male, 27 and over some few months ago have been having some difficulty treating this systematic yeast infection also known as Candida albicans which is a systematic fungal infection. Some of the symptoms I have are oral thrush which is a white coating on my tongue; fungal skin infections like Jock Itch or itching of the genitals, moving thing around my body like ring worm in my intestines and leg; fatigue, Dry mouth, bad breath, Headaches, stomach disorders: diarrhea or constipation, unpleasant genital disorder and under arm disorders.
I have done the medical test for HIV, Diabetes, STD, Organ test which all came out negative and normal for organs so I was given some anti-fungal drugs but nothing is working. Have tried diet and supplements; everything; but nothing seems to work. Please I really need your help and recommendation (asap) - as soon as possible - on curing this systemic fungal infection called Candida albicans because I can’t function and I am very uncomfortable to have a normal life with this condition. Please help me
Victor Christa, Benin

Dear Victor,
Candida albicans is the most common germ cause of itching in the genitals. It is a fungus that grows on the skin and mucous membranes which is the pink inner lining of the body cavities like the pink lining of the mouth and vagina. Wikipedia says, “Candidiasis is a fungal infection due to any type of Candida (a type of yeast). When it affects the mouth, it is commonly called thrush. Signs and symptoms include white patches on the tongue or other areas of the mouth and throat. Other symptoms may include soreness and problems swallowing. When it affects the vagina, it is commonly called a yeast infection. Signs and symptoms include genital itching, burning, and sometimes a white "cottage cheese-like" discharge from the vagina. Less commonly the penis may be affected, resulting in itchiness. Very rarely, the infection may become invasive spreading throughout the body, resulting in fevers along with other symptoms depending on the parts of the body affected.
More than 20 types of Candida can cause infection with Candida albicans being the most common. Infections of the mouth are most common among children less than one month old, the elderly, and those with weak immune systems. Conditions that result in a weak immune system include HIV/AIDS, the medications used after organ transplantation, diabetes, and the use of corticosteroids. Other risks include dentures and following antibiotic therapy. Vaginal infections occur more commonly during pregnancy, in those with weak immune systems, and following antibiotic use. Risk for widespread infection includes being in an intensive care unit, following surgery, low birth weight infants, and those with weak immune systems".
We, on our part, have prepared a free report on “When Itching Refuses to Stop” detailing practical points on genital itching which we will send free to anyone who asks for it by email or text. Treatment is simple but getting totally free can be a problem as a number of factors pose as a challenge to self-medicators. Generally anti-fungal medicines need to be used (as the medications are not over-the counter but prescription medicines, we disclose them only in treatment situations) for a specified period; with certain precautions and steps taken to prevent auto-re-infection; a situation when the patient re-infects himself or herself without knowing. In your case, it would seem there is more than Candidiasis involved and until we can see you face to face for thorough interview, physical examination and tests, we shall not be able to say categorically what the matter really is.
