Premature Ejaculation; Bed-Wetting

Dear Doctor, As a regular reader of your column, family health, I believe you will respond to these my problems:- (1)Premature ejaculation I started noticing this sickness at 19 when I had my first sexual intercourse. And up till now, the sickness remains with me. This makes me to feel much embarrassed now than that of my initial time. Whenever, I have sexual intercourse, before 10 – 15 seconds I have released. Sometimes I will refuse to romance with my partner to avoid releasing before the real sex, which is not enjoyable. (2)Inability to go more than one (1) round after this ejaculation prematurely. This makes me to feel unhappy whenever my partner asked me why can’t me go twice. (3)Bed Wetting: Earlier, this problem happens to me whenever I had a dream where I’m playing with a partner and before I know it I have released but now it is almost everyday and it makes me to feel totally fatigue after the releasing. Will Chest Pain Kill Me? Help!!

Good day sir, I want to use this medium to thank you for the work you have been doing to many Nigeria and worldwide. More grease to your elbow, sir. I discovered that I have been experiencing pain whenever I go to urinate. It was not all that serious because it will come and go. Not until 2008, I discover that the pain is still trigger me and by then I went to a private hospital here in Abuja and did a urine and HIV test and I was told that I have staphylococcus and my HIV status is negative because then I do have internal heat, some time blood in my urine, body weakness hotness in my body and so on. Because of the money I was told to pay before treatment commenced which I couldn't pay I stopped the treatment then. Sir, I was living with the pain in my body till December, 2010 and I went back to the same hospital and did another test both HIV and the result still show that I have staph and my HIV status still remain negative but sir, am afraid. Sir, the main reason why I am writing to you this note is that, now I am having chest pain about one month plus; I did not hit my chest on anything. Although, the urinating pain is not often the reason I said it is that, sometimes I will not feel the pain like two week but any week it will come I will not feel better. Urticaria,Allergy,Itching

Dear Doctor, I want to appreciate the effort that u put in solving people's medical problems through your column in the Sun. I have a problem which has persisted 4 a long tyme despite several medications and tests bit which bothers me a lot. I hope u will be able to help me. I usually have some swellings on all parts of my body, especially when the weather is hot. It's been disturbing me for the past six yrs. I have carried out all sorts of tests and taken all sorts of medication. ai have also met very many doctors on the issue but all i usually get is just temporary respite as it usually reoccurs. Most say it is filariasis and some other high sounding diseases. I dont want to know what it is. All i want is treatment 4 it. I hope u will be able to help me. Dear Tessy, Itchy swelling that comes a times and goes away after a little while is urticaria and is due to allergy. Chlorpheniramine is good to use when it comes but the real solution is to find what you are allergic to and control that. Allergy, by the way is you reacting to something others do not react to. Some allergens-- stuff that cause allergy in these special people are mites found in house- dust, pollen grains, sea foods like cray-fish, fish and crabs, food allergens found in milk, feathers of birds and the hair of cats and so on. try to find what cause or triggers your own swelling and itching and make sure you remove it from your environment.
