Strange Sexencounter

Strange Sexcounter
i like the way you adivse people on their problems .may good reward u sir .before 1992,when i was 21years,i used to be sexually active and healthy.this was b/c anytime i,saw a girl that i liked her qualities, i would have the pull -that normal attraction a man has towards the opposite sex which sometimes is sexual.but i would control my self and would talk to her mostly b/c of naivety.i normally had sexual dreams, constant early morning erection and the occasional sexual urge and feeling In 1992, I had a dream where i had a sexual intercourse with a lady after which she told me that she had taken my organ [potency]. since then,I stopped having that normal sexual attraction towards the opposite sex, the early morning erection ,turgid erection and amorous dreams.the normal urge feelings of sex are no more. it is just as if i,m dead sexually. i now find it very hard to have erection. most times,i,work on my imagination to have one and when it comes,it would not be strong and does not last. Sometimes, in a bid to bring back my potency , i would masturbate and after the first release, it will take as long as five days to rise again unlike before it used to rise within five minute after the first and even second release. i had been keeping it to my self and have been praying about it b/c i thought it was spiritual. on the April of this year, i went to ABSUTH and consulted a doc. and after running series of test, the doc. said he did not see anything wrong with me and did not prescribe any medicine for me . please, advise me on what to do to regain my sexual potency, urge and feelings. is there medical or psychological solution to this? If there is none, please, could u direct me to a tested and trusted traditional doc. [spiritual or not] that u know who can treat me and bring back my potency. I am very ripe for marriage. this has been keeping me away from women. I will be very grateful. may God bless u.
Ganiy Gbadamosi, Gbagada
Dear Ganiy,
The above proves what I always have insisted -- there are forces beyond the physical that impinge on man's health and well-being which must be recognized and tackled especially in cases that prove to be strange, too difficult, incurable or peculiar. Of course, there is a solution and that is what I do very well almost everyday--in this connection, there is a book I wrote entitled, "Destroying The Strongholds Of Witchcraft" (333 pages)which will help with these cases.Let me assure you that if you follow our prescription, you will get back to normal again, okay? For general help with sex matters, you will get a good outline of what you need to know if you send to betterloverz@yahoo.com or call the helplines

Shallow Sex; Help!

Shallow Sex; Help!
Good day Doctor,
I've seen your column in the dailies, it is very interesting and helpful. Pls I'm a married woman and I don't enjoy sex the way I should; I went out with my husband 4 11yrs b4 we tied the knot and then it was always something i looked 4ward too, even when we got married,I thought it was b/cos of pregnancy and child birth but my baby will be 7months in 2wks time. Please, I'll like u 2 send me your detailed write up on how 2 enjoy lovemaking in marriage because my husband is very lovely and romantic.Thanx so much, and May God bless you abundantly 4 all you're doing.
Sorry Shaddy, Surulere, Lagos

Dear Shaddy
Yes, you can access the detailed "how-to" but can you and oga come see me/a sexologist together so we can really ferret out the root cause of your problem? The operative word is "root cause". Usually, cases like yours have some deeper psychological or spiritual roots/ causation other than just afailure of technique or "how- to". We have identified before now and listed in this column 30-odd reasons why a woman may not enjoy sex. You can check my website "http.mediamedixdoctor.blogspot.com" for these, okay? And anyone can request the how-to from either the website or by e mail to betterloverz@yahoo.com, but when you come, we'll need to carefully look at your whole human organism --body; mind and even beyond the mind -- for whatever clues may be found as the cause of this. You need a full physical, mental and spiritual examination.. If you confess these three things -1) You went out with your husband for so long before marriage -- obviously you really love him 2) You actually looked forward to having satisfactory intimacy with him and 3) you yourself say that THIS MAN IS SO ROMANTIC AND LOVING, then it means there is real work to do. Physically, we'll need to do a full gynecological examination for you. We'll need look at your sexual foundations -- how were you brought up re sex-- what encounters did you have as a kid; any rape or sexual abuse? We'll look at oga's techniques too--and more -- the psychological and even the spiritual probabilities of causation. All these will cost you some money. It's after these, that we'll outline your treatment. But be assured we'll make you a normal woman again. Call the helplines now!
Cheers

Her Excuses; My Zip up!!

Her Excuses; My Zip up!!
Good day Dr.
I want you to help me. I have this girl that I’m in love with, though we are not yet married but we are really in love with each other. This girl allows me touch her but never allow me to perform. I’ve asked her times without number what her fear is but she has refused to open up. I need to do this thing with her because she is the only girl in my life at this time. A the same time I don't want to loose her. What do I do?
Chiboy; LAGOS

Dear Chiboy,
Her fears are myriad and normal --- unwanted pregnancy -- which, of course, you are most likely to give her; STD’s of various types—Chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, genital warts, syphilis, hepatitis, pubic lice, Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Then there’s HIV/AIDS, loss of self-esteem; fear that you will dump her after she lets you have your way, fear that you will go around town boasting you've had her. All these fears can only be totally eradicated in marriage -- not just when say you love her but cannot wait for her to have all these fears removed. Listen, I believe this gal loves you. I also do believe you truly love her. If so, WAIT for her -- do not force the risk of all these things on her. Think-- suppose she was your sister and another guy is planning to risk ruining her life, career, future? Take it easy. Simply zip up!!!
Cheers

Last Child 4 years Ago!!

Last Child 4 years Ago!!!
Dr, please if one has low sperm count, does it mean that one can not be able to pregnant a woman any longer? Is that infertility? Please I need your candid advice, because am dying in silence. We had our last child for the past four years ago. Thanks for your help.
Golden Guinea Joe; Lagos

Dear Golden Guinea,
Consider these five facts:
1. In 1998, I had the distinction of getting a certain man into a bad quandary -- he was azoospermic --had been tested in the best hospitals in town and had been confirmed -- zero -- not low -- but zero sperm count!! But by the grace of God we got his wife pregnant in less than a month! What was the bad jolt? He thought I had impregnated his wife by adultery--maybe when he sent her with the driver to the clinic!! Of course, there was nothing of the sort-- God only helped us as He had been doing. When you come, you will learn how we do it because we will have the chance to show you the ropes. 2. As medical scientists and practitioners, low sperm count is when there are less than 20 million sperm cells in a millilitre of semen. Some quote less than 40 million. The upper limit? Well the lower figure is 300 million. The upper? 600. I once had a patient from Maiduguri whose count was 750 million per ml! Yes, with low sperm count as obviously with zero sperm count, it is more difficult to impregnate the woman; infertility is a reality. 3. With zero sperm count it is impossible medically -- the only way being a very costly hi-tech new method called ICSI --Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection. We did not use ICSI on our lucky dad above. 4. Sperm count alone is not all the story. You can have a good count, but have bad quality -- so 40-60% motile (moving) and 40 to 60 % normal --not abnormal-- in morphology that is in looks (because some have double heads and other monstrous looks and abnormalities) is acceptable. Anything less than 40% is not good. 5. What causes these calamitous scenarios? Infection -- and if you do a sperm count you ought to also check what germs are illegally present by a test called m, c, s (microscopy, culture and sensitivity) since, normally, no germs are supposed to be present-- and you may find Staphylococcus aureus, or Streptococcus or Coliform bacilli or E. Coli, Klebsiella or |Pseudomonas or what have you -- these are the major causes of infection, including, of course, Chlamydia and gonococcus which block the tubes. 6. The other cause is hormonal imbalance of the type we refer to as Testicular Failure -- again this has no cure --but with God all things are possible. Bottom line is, you can defeat this challenge if you are willing to work hard at three levels -- physically, mentally and spiritually. With God on your side -- there is nothing impossible

No Sex, But Masturbating; Help!!!

No Sex, But Masturbating

Dear Sir, (Bibbi)

I write to find out if it is safe not to have sex. I am 30 years old and have not had sex (sexual intercourse) since I was born; though, very handsome and girls like me and I like them too Is there any danger? This is what I want to know and the reason 4 this is my faith because the BIBLE states it clearly that sex is only permitted in marriage. I’m asking this because I heard some rumors that it is not good so I want u to advice me or give me your own opinion on this matter. Also, sincerely, I have no girlfriend let alone making love 2 any girl. Against my will, I masturbate a lot. Is it healthy 2 masturbate? I like pornographic materials a lot as this is the only way that help me ease off some of my sexual starve burden. Right now, my penis is like that of those who act erotic movies, if not bigger.

Please doctor, will this reduce my sperm count -- help me find a way 2 stop this mess so that my sperm wouldn't get finished before I get married.

This is as a result of the publication I saw on the daily SUN news paper this week. I hope to hear from u soon.

Thanks, Preowei S; Yenagoa, Bayelsa

Dear Preowei S,

Simply put -- and this is science and not just my own opinion--you cannot be harmed in any way by being a virgin; by not having sex -- whether male or female. Anything to the contrary is arrant nonsense; okay? Very good. Now, again, masturbation -- repeated masturbation only reduces sperm count temporarily; in the immediate only and it's nothing to worry about. In one or two days-- or even less, there's full recovery of sperm count because there's continuous production; you see? Masturbation does seem to enlarge the penis, yes but it cannot be maintained. If, as you said, it is against your will, then masturbation is not healthy psychologically for you --and not only for you but for most indulgers-- you see-- it is usually against the better judgment of masturbators; there is a decided compulsion -- a "by force" aspect to those who indulge in it. They cannot stop; even when they want to; they are enslaved by it; they find out they are driven to do it-- that is, it’s like something compels, subjugates or forces them to do the deed!!! Again, at times, married masturbators prefer masturbation to sex-- which is a pity!!! You will need a lot of determination; support and prayers to stop the habit. Now, at 30, my advice will be-- "go and marry"; simple. Why fantasize about sex (that's what happens in masturbation) when you can have the real thing and better in marriage -- with thanks? And since you mention the Bible, fantasizing is roundly condemned in Matthew 5. 27&28 -as well as pornography. At 30, actually the simple truth is you need to go and marry-- you are overripe for it; okay? Go to school when your colleagues are doing so; marry when they are --that's a good principle for times and seasons; understand? Also, see Genesis 30.30.
Finally, forget the notion that sperm count is affected y masturbation; it doesn't work that way, okay? And for help to be able to stop masturbation, just call the helplines. You will be happy you did because we have 100%expertise with successful handling of that challenge.

Cheers

Pimples Perfectly Policed

Dear Dr,
I sent a message to you few days ago about having problems with acne(pimples) and eczema...I've tried several drugs and creams, it's just recurring...I'm 21 yrs old and it's been like that since when I'm 15...Help me with your prescriptions and advice...I'll be waiting for your reply on my mailbox...God bless you, Sir....

Dear TTJ,

I have owed pimple sufferers answers for quite a long time-- there must be scores of their unanswered letters with me right now-- so your pathetic letter must be allowed to be the last straw that will break the camel's back to make me pay up and answer. So, here we go:

Your pimples problem will definitely disappear if you follow the following religiously -- don't forget -- religiously follow the following. And then you can kiss your pimples goodbye.

1. Now, the truth is that you'll need up to 6 months of faithfully following these instructions to get on top of the problem; okay? That's number one.

2. Wash your face up to thrice a day to remove the over--oiliness that contributes to pimples by blocking the pores in the skin where the hair follicle goes in.

3. Get adequate rest and exercise

4. Drink at least ten cups of water daily-- 3 on arising in the morning; 3 each after breakfast, lunch and dinner; 3 before you retire at night.

5. Avoid oily foods --especially the ones you have discovered help the pimples.

6. Tetracycline (not Griseofulvin) capsules are particularly useful for and against pimples. Use as prescribed for nothing less than 6 weeks. Some use Erythromycin. Get a doctor to prescribe for you.

7. Look for Retin-A containing creams and use on the pimples as directed. Iso-tretinoin is another very good over--the--counter medicament that is similar to Retin--A-- a relative of Vitamin A. But Iso -tretinoin should not be used by pregnant women; okay?

(Tretinoin and its isomer isotretinoin are useful in treating comedonal acne but patients should be warned that some redness and skin peeling might occur initially but settles with time. Several months of treatment may be needed to achieve an optimal response and the treatment should be continued until no new lesions develop.

Topical isotretinoin is licensed to treat non-inflammatory and inflammatory lesions in patients with mild to moderate acne. Isotretinoin is also given by mouth)

8. Adapalene, a retinoid-like drug, is also licensed for mild to moderate acne. It is less irritant than topical retinoids. Just ask the pharmacist for creams that contain these drugs.

9. Another very useful substance against pimples is benzoyl peroxide. Use twice a day.

10. Never pick at pimples-- you will add dark scars to your face.

11. Depression will lower your immunity so you cannot afford to be depressed because of your condition. Rather, you need to be but always cheerful. You, at least are alive. The best is yet to come.

12. Why do some get pimples? It's in the family, that's all. And your age-- you'll hardly see a 35 year old with pimples! It’s the teenagers and that's well understood. So relax, it’s a passing phase; you'll soon outgrow it.

PS-- if these does not work; then we'll use some drastic measures-- just keep me informed; okay?

Cancer Prevention By Foods?

Cancer Prevention By Foods?

Dear Dr,

Is it true that you can prevent and even cure cancer with foods? If it is true, which foods? Please reply. Thank you

Turai Ribadu, London-Chiki, Maiduguri, Borno State

Dear Turai,

Learn that God in his wisdom has endowed nature with great powers that science is just beginning to discover and authenticate. I could begin to mention exotic foods like broccoli, cabbage, flaxseeds and so on (which you can hardly find in Nigeria) here but I won’t. Yes, these exotic fruits, foods and vegetables may be good but in Nigeria there are very superior foods that help prevent and also fight to cure cancer. And many of them are in your garden. Let me mention just half a dozen of them and invite anyone who wants to know more to get more information from my website, www.mediamedixdoctor.blogspot.com. The six I promised? Sweet Potatoes, Wallnuts, Apple, Carrots, Garlic, Mangoes, Olive Oil. At the web-site, you’ll find at least another half a dozen.

Cheers
PS-- Here is a full list of very available foods that help prevent, fight and cure cancer
1.Onions
2.Tomatoes
3.Sweet Potatoes
4.Garlic
5.Cabbage
6.Fluted Pumpkin
7.Olive Oil
8.Omega 3 Fish Oils—Sardines
9.Wall Nuts
10.Carrots
11.Apples
12.Mackerel-another good source of Omega 3 Fish Oils

Diabetes and Vitamins

Dear Readers, lets listen to a pharmacist who's enlightened today-- enjoy

Diabetes and Vitamin D
By Suzy Cohen, RPh on 11/18/2009
Dear Pharmacist,
I read your Facebook post about vitamin D and how it works better than diabetic medications.  I have diabetes, and no one has ever told me this. Would you share more information?
--L.N.  Denver, Colorado
Answer: Diabetes is an inflammatory condition, it is not just about high blood sugar like most people think. If left to run it’s devastating course, diabetes could steal your vision, destroy your kidneys, cause nerve pain, heart attack, stroke or amputation. So we have to take diabetes seriously, and do all that we can to reduce blood sugar (glucose) and make our cells happier to see insulin (improve insulin sensitivity).
Doctors have many medications at their disposal to reduce blood glucose. I think natural vitamin D can help too, so I posted that comment on Facebook and Twitter. I was trying to help people with diabetes because they may not know that it’s an inexpensive, over-the-counter dietary supplement. My comment was based in clinical science. More specifically, on a 2004 study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition which found that raising a person’s blood levels of vitamin D (from 25 to 75 nmol/l) could improve insulin sensitivity by a whopping 60 percent. Compare that to metformin, one of our pharmaceutical gold-standards, which can dispose of blood sugar by a meager 13 percent according to the New England Journal of Medicine.
Guess what else? Back in 2001, The Lancet found that infants who took 2,000 IU daily, enjoyed a lowered risk of developing type 1 diabetes. Researchers have also found it may slash a person’s risk of developing pancreatic cancer in half.  Just amazing!
Before vitamin D can work inside your cells as a hormone, it has to undergo some biochemical changes in your liver and kidneys. People with diabetes have difficulty activating vitamin D to the body-ready form.
It annoys me that conventional medicine’s answer to controlling blood sugar centers primarily around medications which often have side effects. Many studies have concluded that D is good for people, especially those who have high insulin, prediabetes, diabetes, metabolic syndrome,  pancreatitis, breast or prostate cancer and heart disease.
If for some reason your physician snubs his/her nose at this dietary supplement, then get tested. There are home test kits, or you can ask your physician to order one at the local lab. Then there will be no question.
Low vitamin D is associated with depression, fatigue, osteoporosis, heart disease, hypertension, autoimmune disease, cancers and chronic pain. Dosages vary.  I suggest you ask your doctor if he minds you supplementing with about 5,000 IU “cholecalciferol” or vitamin D3 every morning.  The most usable form of vitamin D is D3 (not D2) so read your label carefully.
